The ordering process was simple and stress-free. Many different band and gem options made it easy to find something that fit the style I was looking for. The ring quality seems great and while the princess cut Alexandrite looked a bit more brilliant in the online pictures, it is still beautiful in person.
I will say the packaging was splendid. Arrived exactly on time. There was however, a massive eyesore of a fingerprint on my gem. Cleaned easily. Gem passes all tests. I even put the loupe on it. 10/10
