First it said my order was delayed and to contact support, to which they basically said to ignore it. Then the day came along and still no tracking. Contacted support again and they didn't respond for a few days, only to tell me it was indeed delayed due to unknown circumstances and they would process a refund for my paid delivery. Which I still haven't gotten it yet.
Support was good when I did talk to them and the quality of the product is good, but the communication or lack there if was lacking in more than a few ways
