I ordered a ring for my wife on December 6 and paid for expedited delivery to have it by Christmas. It was nearly impossible to get ahold of a live representative to try to ensure on-time delivery and the email system is the worst. I got dozens of emails that belonged to other customers responding to their delivery questions and complaints. Then when the ring did finally arrive, it didn't look anything like the pictures on the website.
Delivery was slightly delayed but I arrived on time and as ordered. Looks even better in person. Proposed with this ring and it exceeded expectations. Would trust this site and jeweler in the future.

I actually placed the order on December 12,2024. In the confirmation, I was told receipt of the ring by Christmas could not be guaranteed unless I paid expedited charges in the amount of $45. I was surprised, but could not run the risk so I paid. Ring arrived well in advance, but it left a bad taste in my mouth. Not a way to garner repeat business.

While customers typically love what they receive from us, in the rare chance that they don't, we have a 100 Day FREE RETURN policy where you may send your item back to us for a full refund. We've shared a prepaid shipping label with you already and we'll process a full refund as soon as we receive the item back.
Any and all questions and concerns were responded to in a timely manner. The ring was here before Christmas - as promised! An all-around great experience! We purchased "Flori," and it is a BEAUTIFUL ring! It sparkled so much, it was hard to get a great picture of it!
The staff were very through and gave constant updates while my ring was being made. They insured I would be getting what i paid for.
