Good semi-fast process. Make sure that who ever receives delivery is at least 21 years of age or they will not release package. Also the size seams to run a bit big. We are in the process of getting it resized from the company. Will let you know how it goes.

I have been thrilled with the experience. I got to choose what I wanted and the delivery made it to my house in time to propose to my wife all over again.
Put in order said it would be Delivered Dec. 23 i got it Dec 30. Multiple issues through whole process. Ring isnt round inside it has a hump up at diamonds that i couldnt see in picture so my wife hates it and now i have to send it back.
Ordered the Claudine, diamond was perfectly cut with top notch quality. It was the perfect design, size, and was delivered to me in a timely manner! 10/10
