Ordering process was very simple. Diamondere was very responsive and helpful. The ring is magnificent! The only negative was in the shipping process. The original ship date was delayed because of the certification process provided by an independent lab. Then, I needed to reroute the delivery because I was working and they required a signature, so that added a delay and more uncertainty to the delivery. This all made it difficult to plan our special evening because my fiancee was leaving on a trip for work. Overall a great experience.

I have purchased two items from this seller. The first was a Tanzanite men's ring with 14 karat gold and the second was a 10 carat gold men's ring with a Santa Maria aquamarine stone of one carat weight. The latter was a custom order. On both items there were delays in shipping and mistakes were made, but the seller was open and honest and gave me notice. As far as the rings concerned, I have no questions about them nor regrets. They did a great job.

Without going on too long, My husband and I have been together 15 1/2 years, engaged for most of it, until we finally Married on November 1st 2024. It took us almost 3 months, but their patience and artistry were nothing short of perfection! I wept when my two fully Custom wedding bands arrived. They are kind, curious and will not rest until you have exactly what you want - and no upcharge for my original pieces of which we went through several revamps.
