Long story short! I purchased a men's custom ring the lab diamond that was chosen had been sold already. Well customer service support informed me immediately about the replacement and asked for my approval. I REALLY APPRECIATED THAT! They refunded my extra fee because it wasn't gonna make the time and customer support kept in contact with me the whole time! Thank you so much for your service and handling this big day!
Was very excited to make this purchase and shortly after got an email stating they had free engraving. I emailed back with my engraving and what was gonna happen, and in return got another email saying they were very excited to be apart of it. The ring showed up in ample time and is absolutely gorgeous! Engraved and all! Very pleased with customer service and the quality!

I absolutely love the ring, love the packaging, and the immediate follow up after placing my order. My only complaint is the shipping/delivery date changed multiple times, however please that they took the time to make sure the ring was perfect before sending it.
