I am very happy with my experience. I ordered the wrong size, but Diamondere gave me plenty of time to find the correct size and return the ring.
Everything was incredibly easy. I had no issues at all.
This was my first expensive jewelry purchase for myself. I saw it online and had to have. It is truly the most beautiful ring I have seen. I opted for the 2 caret London Blue Topaz in gold. The craftsmanship is beautiful and sturdy. As expected It is gorgeous!
The customer service was absolutely fantastic and far exceeded my expectations. I appreciate that an actual person reached out to me after I submitted my order to verify information that more often than not should be verified- like the ring size, if I was sure I didn't want engraving, and the shipping address with the suggestion to ship to work. I highly recommend diamondere to everyone.
Get out of the way, I have no complaints whatsoever with Diamondere or the product itself. My complaint is with the shipping partner UPS. Because there was a good chance I would not be home when the item was delivered, I requested UPS send it to a local UPS store and held for pick-up. I got tracking information that it was delivered there. I show up, they don't have it, but it might be there later. I show up after work, still no package. They send me to the distribution center. I spoke with someone there, and they had no record of my request to hold the package and told me that it was on the truck for delivery. But they will take it off the truck and hold it there. I show up the next day, nobody answers the phones. Tracking information says it was sent to the UPS store, UPS says it was on the truck for delivery to my home. I waited at home, no delivery. I called they distribution center, and they DID take it off the truck for me for pick up. So I went and got it.
Long story short, I was very unhappy with UPS, and would hope Diamondere consider different shipping partners in the future. Again, very happy with the product and Diamondere itself.
We found the perfect wedding band in Diamondere; my fiancé loved the design since he saw it online and even more once he received it. Easy transaction and delivered as promised. We highly recommend this place.
Very nice piece, although I wish the webside was more interactive that she could she all angles of the jewelry before buying it. But it is a very beautiful piece.
