I had ordered my fiancé's wedding ring from here and it's fabulous. Clear stones, beautiful white gold and an overall shine that is just dazzling. Would definitely order again.
The ring was phenomenal; good quality for a good price and my fiance loved it during the proposal. I was expecting a sign delivery dropoff but the ring arrived with little fanfare stuck in my side door.

I purchased a ring for an engagement proposal. The ring was around 800 dollars. It has a black coating on it because that's what she was set on. She has worn the ring for a total of four days and the coating is already looking pretty rough. It's worn under the finger already and has chipped in 2 other spots. She is a secretary so it's not she's rough on her hands by any means. So again just kind of disappointed for the money spend. I do understand there is a warning for the coated rings. But again it's only been 4 days since it's been on her finger.
They were very attentive and helpful. The ring came and was perfect. What was in the pictures on the site is what showed up. Very happy with my rings I ordered.

Bad return policy. Pretty pricey for sterling silver earrings. I had purchased rings which had a tag attached and after removing tag they were not returnable. But could be exchanged

The ring in ordered for my wife was beautiful. Knowing the issues with emeralds (jardin, large color variances), I wanted to see the stone first to be sure I got what I wanted. Diamondere sent over detailed pictures and videos to get my approval. They also let me know that they weren't happy with the way it was coming out, so they had to rebuild it. The only issue was that it took a couple of weeks longer than expected. Otherwise, a good experience and I got what I expected. The color and quality of the emerald were perfect.
The ring was shipped fast, the gems are all accounted for, and it looks so beautiful. My now fiancé enjoyed it very much, and it looks great!
