We love our wedding rings. The design is incredible. The sapphires are stunning. The perfect style and look for us.
While the customer service was wonderful, for a large-priced item, they said they would provide a shipping tracking number, and I would have to sign for the package. I received a UPS tracking number from Asia. I had no idea what it was until I did my research. Additionally, they threw it on my porch, and no one above 21 had to sign for it. While I did receive an email regarding my purchase before I received it (with the option to cancel), the item doesn't look like the picture online at all. That needs to be changed, as it is marketed very differently.
The ordering process was easy and smooth and the customer support to fulfill my needs were excellent! I was always caught up to date with my order and given more information on the metal I chose for the ring. Once the ring arrived, it came in a beautiful package where I was able to see the ring and it looked very gorgeous! I was amazed on how it turned out as the ring looked exactly how I wanted it to be. I'm very impressed and hope to come back to this site for a wedding ring in the future.

I was somewhat a novice when it came to picking out diamonds, well jewelry all together for that matter. The videos for picking out diamonds really educated mey so I thought. The folks at Diamondere reached out to me directly with some additional recommendations with no additional costs. When the rings arrived I was 100% pleased and could not have been happier.
Only consideration is if you get the ring sizer from Amazon, get one size above the one that fits. I'm not sure if there sizes are off by a small amount or if the ring runs small. That's my only consideration as her ring is a little tight. Other than that, the ring is beautiful and worth every dollar.
