Everything about the process and communication was excellent. The only disappointment I found was that the gold ring I ordered seemed to be thicker in the pictures. When it arrived the metal looked thinner and less substantive than I was expecting given the pictures. Still, it was a beautiful ring, but looked cheaper than I expected. It was not concerning enough to send back though, I still liked the result.

Diamondere did a good job and has a great ring but they chose UPS as the shipper and UPS is awful. Had to spend 10 more dollars to have them deliver to a nearby shop because they failed to find my address twice. Use FedEx from now on guys!
Experience was good. The ring is very cute and the company seems very flexible. I got a setting only, but i hope I can further look forward to their assistance for resizing when I snag a good diamond
The ring arrived as expected. Unfortunately, my wife didn't size her finger correctly and the ring was too small. The next day, I called Diamondere's customer service number to see if I could get the ring resized / replaced and immediately went to someone's voicemail. I explained the problem in my message; never got a call back. We took the ring to a local jeweler for resizing at a cost of around $130. After giving Diamondere nearly $5,000, I expected better service. I'm very unlikely to do business with them again and will not recommend them. BTW, I gave a 2-star rating because the ring is very nice and my wife loved it. Too bad the overall experience was so bad.
I ordered a customized pair of earrings for my wife's birthday. After having to confirm that I actually ordered the earrings and that I wasn't a scammer (they refunded a small amount to my bank account and I had to send them an email with that exact amount like when you open a new savings account online) the earrings came in the mail about a week later. The earrings themselves are very nice and exactly what I ordered. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the box they came in doesn't match the quality of the jewelry. Maybe I'm being too picky but I was surprised it wasn't of better quality given the amount I paid for the earrings.
