I had been looking for a London Blue topaz ring for some time. I found the company website during one of my searches. The Anya design was what I was looking for. There was some hesitation on my part ordering from an on line company. Reading the reviews helped. I reached out to the company with various questions and the response was quick and detailed. I placed the order and was pleased to see that I did not have to download some tracking app. At one point I received a call from UPS indicating payment for customs. A quick email to the company and the issue was solved. I received the ring and am pleased with the look which mirrors the picture. I truly love the gem and it appears to be of high quality. I chose to go with the 18 karat gold coating as the cost for actual gold was beyond what I was willing to pay. I am hoping that with proper care and wearing the coating will last. The bottom line is that I appreciate the manner in which Diamondere conducts their business and the product they deliver. Would I order from the company again? Definitely yes.

From ordering to delivery, every process was easy.
My ring even arrived before I was notified that it was on it's way.

The necklace was absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately it did not arrive on time for my special event. This was quite a big negative for me, but I understand that it happens. Customer service was good at keeping me updated and responding to my questions.

I had a hard time finding the type of wedding ring I wanted. I love unique quality and had a specific color in mind. Lots of other places had the color but not the quality for my skin. I rash out to low quality rings. The ring I found was perfect for my dream wedding ring. They did warn me about the black of the ring however I am fine with that and told them it will age with me making it a better experience for me for the years to come with my husband. On a side note it dose match my husbands ring that is also black and red. I am excited and just so happy I found this ring. Thank you for being you, for being unique with your rings.

Customer service was first class in every regard. Communicative and accommodating throughout. When a slight delay came up during the process they communicated it right away and shipped the ring quickly enough to meet original delivery estimate. Ring is stunning in every regard. The entire experience exceeded expectations by FAR!

This ring looked gorgeous online and the design of it is really pretty, but it is extremely lightweight, it feels so cheap. I can't believe i spent this much money on a ring that feels like a plastic toy ring. Also, from the pictures it did not clearly show that there are cuts/holes in the ring and the inside is not solid, it's carved out. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of this piece. I would've gone with another option if the website description and pictures were more truthful.

The quality was really excellent. And my wife absolutely loved it. It was exactly what she wanted. It did take some timeto get here but customer service was easy to work with and I feel good knowing they didnt like the flaws in the old ring and completely remade it instead of send it to me.
