I am so happy I finally bought from Diamondere! I recently overcame some life obstacles and wanted to buy myself a ring that was all for me. I was able to choose my setting, the size of the most beautiful gemstone, and even have it engraved for free. After ordering, I was emailed directly by a person to confirm what delivery expectations were and to make sure everything was the way I wanted it. Everyone was so nice, ordering was easy, and my ring is stunning!

The overall jewelry and diamond looks nice but the significant delay and after selection unavailability was ridiculous. Difficult to continue to be a customer when it takes two months and two different diamond selections to get the order done.

The communication and customer service was top notch. I even made a mistake and the ring is a little too big and I am currently working with your team to get a resolution for my mistake. Your team has been very professional and I am very satisfied with the overall quality and service!

Ramon 2.8ct blue topaz with. 38 ct vs diamonds. They modified the design to put bigger diamonds on request, The engraving was really small, I asked them to use cursive writing and maybe they don't do that often but it was almost impossible to read, it's too bad, but it's not really such a big deal so I didn't want to return it. It came a bit later than expected but it wasn't too bad, I'd probably order it a month in advance of anything important because there could be delays beyond the date they quote. Decent communication they usually respond once a day.

Service was good. There was a couple days delay in shipping but I didn't need it by a certain date so that was no problem. Received it with no issue. Beautiful ring.

Very happy with the quick responses to my e mail questions. Also delivered when promised. The article was as advertised. Will make future purchases.

I ordered a ring that will be worn as a 10 year anniversary band. The Diamondère website is extremely easy to navigate and includes a vast array of choices for not only rings, but other types of jewelry as well. While ordering my wife's ring, I was impressed by the customization options that are available such as engraving that were available. Once the ring was ordered, it took very little time to receive the ring because it was rush shipped automatically at no extra charge. All in all, I am very happy with Diamondère's performance and cannot wait to propose to my wife again!

Our ring arrived and was nothing like the photo. The stones in the website photo were vibrant and stunning. The stones in the ring were near colorless. The engraving also wasn't centered. I contacted customer service and all they could say was the stones are top quality and they'd give us $70 toward getting the engraving fixed at a local jeweler if we send them the receipt. They offered for us to send the ring back to fix the engraving, but there is not enough time as we get married next week.

Order arrived later than expected and tracking was not provided so that was disappointing. I received a phone call handling the situation which was helpful.

From ordering the jewelry to receiving the jewelry it could not have been easier.
Slightly 24 hours passed before Meghan at Diamondere contacted me about my delivery note. She thanked me for my purchase and provided me with information about how the item would be packed and shipped to my home.
From that point on, Meghan kept in regular contact notifying me where the jewelry was in the process. Even more surprising and unexpected was when Meghan at Diamondere contacted me about a slight carat difference in the Amethysts I chose. It was quite minor for a custom piece but I appreciated their upfront honesty.
The piece shipped on time if not a little early and I received it in a reasonable amount of time.
The type of customer service I received is rarely seen in the world today. I am very impressed and will return to Diamondere the next time I am looking for a piece of jewelry.

My experience been nothing but remarkable, the communication from the team was amazing and i would like highlight Meghan in particular.
Her responsiveness made me feel more comfortable and kept me engaged during the process.
