I got this ring for myself for my 40th birthday and customizing the side stones made it perfect. It fits perfectly and I've gotten so many compliments on it.
I received the band to match my engagement ring. We got the set in the black gold option. The company communicated with us about the piece, the future needs with the black gold, and confirmed what we wanted prior to production. They communicated when the ring was ready and being shipped, and it arrived quickly. It is beautiful and I cannot wait to wear the complete set!

The only issue I had was being charged additional duties on delivery despite already paying some at checkout. For Canadian customers they state in the FAQ section: "You do NOT need to pay anything more to anyone and will receive your jewelry at your doorstep!". Except I did. Not a high enough fee as to decline and cancel the order for refund, but it was still an annoying surprise. Still awaiting a response from customer service, to whom I sent the duty/tax receipt. If it's some additional duty they do not cover that's fine, but if that's the case perhaps avoid such bold claims in the FAQ section.
Fast Shipping, arrived sooner than expected, looks great, fits good, the engraving was there but I doi wish it was bigger, none the less I still give 5 stars and customer support was very helpful. I hope this helps anyone looking for a ring and thank you again Diamondere.
I placed an order for a custom ring. The staff at Diamondere were very helpful and accommodating. My order was completed in a timely manner. I told them that I was scheduled to out of town soon. They said that they would happily send my order to me "overnight express," with no extra cost to me. Wow, who does that? I sure appreciated that they cared enough to do that!
