Initially was very good. They had given a date I should expect to receive it and I paid for expedited shipping. However, they changed the date on me to Sept 3rd but didn't receive it until two weeks after that on Sept 16th. I wanted it before Sept 3rd as that is the day I left for Colombia to ask the question. My order date was in August so when I saw this original promised date it would be perfect. Because of the delay she said she would put in a pair of diamond earrings for all the delays but they didn't come with the ring as told to me. The ring is beautiful but disappointed in the time line. I was reimbursed for the expedited delivery charge.
