I ordered guitar, all payment and shipping was great. But the shipping label either fell off or the us post couldnt read it. I had to track and get involved getting product from undeliverable mail box. A real hassle.

I thought I was ordering a windshield for my Harley, what showed up in the mail were a pair of wings that attach to the windshield... so rating my experience... probably a 0 out of 10... from the ads I've seen they have to be read very thoroughly, because most are deceiving... they show guitar with case, but case is not included, they show pure sine wave inverters with cables, cables not included... you get the idea...
The products I bought were promptly delivered and the wait was shorter than buying in USA through eBay or Amazon. Also, the rings were beautiful and the price great.

D. H GATE is a fantastic website, If I did not know of D. H GATE, I myself would never order anything from china, japan or any country on the other side of the world. There would be no laws that would protect us customers from getting ripped off. AND D. H GATE PROVIDES THAT PROTECTION, WITH THEM IN MIND I FEEL SAFE WHEN ORDERING PRODUCTS FULLY AWHERE THAT THE SELLER IS NOT GETTING PAID UNTIL I RECEIVE MY PRODUCT.
The customer service from the vendor was pleasant and they always responded to any questions but when I received the product it was absolutely terrible. The ugliest most half way put together dress I have ever seen. It was unfortunate really.

Excellent service provided by the D H Gate team. I believe they look after the customers well if there is any issues or disagreement during the buying process. So I would recommend buyers not to worry about losing money even if the deal does not go through, since sellers are only paid out after you are satisfied with the product and O. K. the release of the money.
The dresses were beautiful and exactly as describe. Purchasing was simple and shipping was fast! Overall great experience
It´s very good thing to buy by DHGate. So unfortunately I'm not reach it yet. I read a notice about the local tax to pay to get my cel phone. I think so on Friday 08/01/2014 all will be fine.

My experience with Dhgate is ok although, I am often frustrated with the site itself as the search engine is very frustrating especially the mobile app version, also the mobile app prevented me from finalising my most recent order as it kept crashing when I tried to complete the order, this meant that the poor seller had to wait until I had access to a proper computer, I would use Dhgate more if the app worked better &if the search engine was more effective. Sellers also need to be encouraged to put the 'real' photos of their product on their listing not just the stock photo as I am more likely to order from one that provides the real pictures, and it would be helpful if they put descriptive words in the search title like for popular character or logos in clothing so that it came up in search, for example recently I was looking for girls Dora the explorer' cloths, not much came up in the search however if I put in 'cartoon girl cloths' then there were lots of results to be found amongst the mixed results that came up.
