Staff are very friendly and DHgate offer a great service. However I received no feedback from a recent dispute with a seller and still dont know whether funds have been released to the seller before I have received my goods, or the results and decisions DHgate made on my behalf.
I ordered a flowergirl dress and it was just as I expeted. Very nice material and the size as I ordered. They messed up the mailing at the beginning as they didn't mail it for 2 weeks but they corrected the problem as soon as I reported it and it arrived in no time to Europe. They were also very helpful with any questions. I would order from them again.
Overall the experience has not what I expected, i paid for shirts 8 weeks ago and I am still wainting on delivery of some shirts, I am interested in buying football shirts in bulk but don't have the confidence to do so at present
Ordering the products was quick and easy. Good communication (both questions and tracking) regarding the order via the DHGate website.
Would have been better though if messages would have been forwarded to my private e-mail address. I only found out by accident that there were messages on my account at DHGate.
The only negative point I can mention is the way the products have been packed for shipping. The products were taken out of the original box and put in a cheap looking improvised box. Everything was there, but still, it looked as if I had bought a second hand product. I know I was asked to rate DHGate and not the sellers, but for me as a client I am ordering at DHGate and am also in direct contact with DHGate. So the delivery indeed is part of my DHGate experience.
So far the products look as expected, but time will tell how good the quality is.

Not all but most..., Brands are copied and not original. To copy a brand is crime.
There are exeptions,- suppliers who had a good or fair quality at a competetive price,- that is o. K. But most the quality of delivered items are $#*!,- if you add the customs duty it is cheeper to buy in Europe,- and you have a warranty here and you are protected against crime acts.
It was excellent - speedy delivery, quicker than anticipated and great price!
This was a re-order of led lamps - I have no hesitation in recommending this seller!

I have purchased three items recently, a rifle bipod which I am absolutely delighted with in every way, twenty arrow heads and my only complaint is that only nineteen arrived (not really important) and a rifle scope which combined a scope with a red dot, the red dot does not seem to work and I am deciding whether it is worth sending it back or it is simpler to replace it with one that does.

What a nightmare. I ordered two bean bag type pool loungers and paid $140+, but when the shipment arrived, it was only the covers for the chairs without the inserts. I have been trying to get them to send me the inserts or refund my money, but have not gotten anywhere. Very frustrating!
I ordered two laser tubes to repair my laser engraver. I never received the tubes, i still have not received my refund. My experience with dhgate was not good. I probably won't shop there again or recommend dhgate to anyone.

It was an overall good experience, but I would like to receive a receipt for my payment.
I made one payment on my American Express card, but didn't receive a receipt for it. I have to go to every seller to get a receipt and that is very inconvenient.
Tested 3 of 5 pipes, the burner burns too hot, first good smoke and good taste. Starts tasting burned and not acceptable in a few minutes. Can not use the pipes. 601-pipes have lasted in average 4 months each, these are useless
