Great. I ordered a small but needed a medium they found a medium and shipped it in time for a Christmas present. I did not like the chat bot that I originally interacted with, but the actual human interaction was great.

We bought and own quite a few Destira Leo's. They fit well, wash well, and feel nice. No complaints from our little gymnast who wears them. Never had an issue with shipping. Quick and reliable. Which is why we keep coming back.

Experience was the same as any online experience. Some of the items fit one unfortunately did not at all. It is so small it almost seemed mid marked. Visibly a couple sizes smaller than the other two Leo's of the exact same size
