I was searching for specific Versace glasses and this website came up. I spoke to customer service who advised me of their return policy, so I went ahead and made my first purchase, I also received a 10% discount. Ordered glasses over a week ago. Keep getting messages from them saying the order is going to ship. The order hasn't shipped. I don't think they stock inventory. A lot of shucking and jiving.

The glasses are nice, but I'm not excited. I wish virtual try on was available because I would have chosen a different pair. Now I'm stuck w these. It took forever for me to get them so I'm not going to return it. I need new glasses now.

I placed my order around the first of March, and paid to get two day delivery. And now it's March 18th, 2021. And I still don't have my order. I have tried numerous ways to contact the sellers, and have not heard anything back from them! I would strongly recommend shop some where else!

My daughter's prescription had changed so bought a new pair of glasses. After she received the new pair she noticed that she was more comfortable reading with the old pair then the stems separated from the old pair and could not be reattached. Ordered the exact replacement pair from Designer Optics at a price below other online competitors. Switched the lens from old to new pair in a couple of minutes.

I ordered the same frames I previously had because my dog chewed in arm off. Frame only, no lenses. This business was very reasonably priced, easy to find the exact frame and shipped and delivered in a timely manner. The frame I received was exactly as described on their site. I'd definitely order from them again.

Bought these for my 2 year old, as he broke his last pair. They take a good bit of abuse but an arm eventually was torn off. They came in a really cute case and wrapped in a ziplock baggy, clean and in perfect condition. Brought them right to the optometrist to have the lenses put in and fit perfectly.
