I received my glasses in a timely manner, but wld like to exchange 1 of 2 pairs. I filled out the return request and still awaiting a return number. You have 14 days to return. It's been 4 days since my initial request and have not heard anything. I don't like to do business this way. Just send the RA number and I'll pick a new pair. I'm not even asking for a refund, just a return/exchange. I have reached out twice so far... Nothing
These glasses are a beautiful aviator rose gold lenses that I found in Hawaii on vaca. I lost track how many time's the len has fallen out and luckily I never lost it! I had so many compliments on these glasses. I purchased a pair as a gift for my cuz and had them sent to her home as a surprise and a surprise it was! A len out and twisted frame! Soooo disappointed and embarrassed!

One day after ordering the fendi glasses I told them to cancel. They refused and when I got the glasses they don't look authentic at all! Will be returning!

I am very happy with the company since they shipped out both of my eyeglasses in the time they stated. However, USPS two day priority shipping wasn't worth the extra $15 dollars since it still took a week to get my items. Other than that I am very happy with my purchase.

Great price and prompt service although USPS tracking was slow and goofy to use. Appears to be authentic although price was so good I was a bit suspicious. Quality appears to be very good Persol model 649 and I plan to purchase the 714 in the near future. Will recommend Designer Optics!

I received two pairs of sunglasses one Fendi and one Givenchy the pair of Givenchy's arrived broken and I've already emailed designer optics and their not responding to me anymore

I have not received my order? No one responded to my emails and the hold time changes. As soon as I'm number 2 I get kicked back to number 13? I never experienced something like this. I'm contacting my HSA to let them know this is a scam site. I also suggest looking at the 5 star reviews with skepticism. I'm a real customer!

I made a purchase for some Versace sunglasses that I originally saw in Macy's for $260. I decides to shop around and found them at designer optics for $160 and recieved a discount that made them $124 after shipping. I was sold then! I orderes them and they were delivered to me within 5 days! I'll be buying all my glasses from this sight from now on!

I've ordered from this company(Designer Optics) several times which initially was great, however my experience with the last order -- eyeglass frames-- ( Feb. This year) has been nothing but problems -- I can't seem to get anyone on the phone( my last call was a 2hr wait --no answer) sent an e-mail still no response.(Note: I have spoke with a rep. But the issue with this current order has not been resolved) I question if this company is still in business or has cut back. My only option was to contact my credit card company file a claim to reverse the charge. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this company or order at your own risk!

I originally left a 1 star review because I honestly spent hours on hold with customer service. I spent 2.5 hours one day and was then pushed from 1st in the line back down to 10, so I gave up. I sent multiple emails and did not get a reply. The second time I called, it took over an hour to get through. I found out that they were closed the first time I called. There was no announcement and I was put on hold as I supposedly moved through the line. Since the processing and delivery time was not bad, and my glasses look to be authentic, I am very pleased with that and the price! Their customer service wait time is hernendous-and I said that I would never use them again-but now that I have my classes and I am pleased with the outcome thanks to virtual try-on, I rewrote the review. I was going to delete my other, but don't see it now.

I got Polaroid sunglasses everything came in as described in description. The shipping took longer than usual tho. They do keep you inform about when shipment will be made and if the item will be shipped out later than expected.

Answer: Actually its not a scam, I took my glasses to a gucci retailer and had them verified.

Answer: Not easy at all! You can send an email, which will likely take at least a week for them to respond, or you can call. I have called and emailed several times. There are only 2 customer service people (I asked when I called) so you sit on hold for upwards of an hour. It is horrible. Then when you do finally get a person on the line, or an email response it is just, "Your glasses are almost ready. They should be shipped out soon." When you press for more detailed information they put you on hold and then come back and say that the lab is currently working on them. If you email for more information then you email is likely never returned.
Answer: Their Customer Service is absolute garbage...
Answer: I put in an order from Canada back in April 2025. There were some delays in shipping and delivery due to holiday long weekend and availability of the frames I ordered from the store. But I did get my order after a few weeks delay. So they are legitimate. Price I paid for the frames was reasonable even with the dollar exchange rate. I would consider ordering from Designer Optics again.
