It took from May to July to complete my refunds. Yes, they have good prices but I have zero confidence to buy and try glasses due to your slow refund also they charge restocking fees and shipping at your own. I know I am not the only costumer but I am one who is not going to buy again from them neither my family, We all wear eyeglasses btw. I would like to love my shopping experience, they sound so convincing and worth trust on their adds; but No, Never again, not even for a try. Thank you.

I purchased a pair of Tiffany sunglasses. I am happy with my purchase overall. The style is as expected. Delivery was quick. The price was good. I think if I would have been making a purchase in store I might have chosen a different color option, but ordering online and using info and photos provided I made a different choice than I might have in person.

I ruined my favorite shades I bought a couple years back and when I went to find them again they were either out of stock or unavailable in the shade I wanted.
Designer optics had multiple shades and were half the price! So I order two different colours!
They were exactly like the ones I bought in the store - same packaging and case!
I'm happy - I would for sure order from them again and recommend them to a friend.
I will note - I ordered from Canada so I had exchange + shipping + duties (but I still got two for the price of one of my favorite shades).

I paid an extra $ 48 for fast delivery (4-5 days) but the package took 16 days to arrive at my home. I asked to be reimbursed for this extra but the company said it's not possible. I am disappointed.

This place is the biggest scam of a website I have ever encountered. If you don't want to waste your time and money I suggest you shop directly from a trusted source which this is not one of them. You usually get what you pay for and this website proves it. I purchased a pair of glasses from here at a discount price, a week later they had not shipped. I contacted them and they told me they were out of stock although they still took payment for the product I purchased. They then contacted me and tried to upset me on the same brand with different lenses, point being this website is a ripoff I would never refer them or use their site again.

IT IS NOW 6 WEEKS LATER AND NO REFUND! THEY REFUSE TO GIVE A REFUND BC THEY CLAIM THEY HAVENT RECEIVED THE PACKAGE- BUT THEY ALSO REFUSE TO LOOK FOR OR TRACK THE PACKAGE! AND I HAVE THE RECEIPT PROVING I SHIPPED IT BACK! SO NOW I AM OUT MY MONEY AND A PAIR OF SUNGLASSES! THEY HAVE BASICALLY STOLEN MY MONEY AT THIS POINT! I just received my 2 pairs of sunglasses from them and one of the pairs Dior I got a wrong size protective case while the other pair Prada is scratched. No resolution provided by customer service team. Ignoring my messages. Very disappointed as I bought so many pairs from them before and did not have any issues. Definitely will not purchase again. Be careful.
