I purchased Nike frames from this company. I got them at $79, when I originally found them for $300 in the store. They are in perfect condition and arrived on time.

I bought these frames after finding them in store at Lense Crafters. I didn't want to pay over $300 for them so I looked online and was happy with the price paid on this site. I received the frames just fine, but the Versace box and case they came in is very clearly used. During covid especially, it seems very sketchy and makes me question if the frames are genuine or not.

I ordered Ray-Ban Justin's. I have tried this model on 3 different times in stores and they all fit great! The glasses that designer optics sent me are absolutely huge! Don't even come close to fitting my face. Because they were ordered with prescription, they will not refund my money. I doubt these are even Ray-Ban and may be knock-offs! The lenses aren't great either! I strongly advise not to purchase from this site!

Possibly the size you did trial for was of size 55/51 and the one you placed order with us of size 58 due to which you faced size issue as for Ray Ban Justin range there are 2 different range and types with different sizes. Wish it would have shown glasses from top down view to see the whole glasses or side view. Glasses are beautiful though wish they werent so wide or the ear piece didnt curve out so much. Looked at web sight and it seems like all the flasses have the same shape.

I greatly appreciate how easy of a process to order and I absolutely love my frames. However, I paid $20 extra for 2 day shipping but didn't receive my frames until 5 days later. When I tried to reach customer service, I received a recording advising they were closed for the holiday. I called the first week of October and I'm not sure what" holiday " there was around that time.

I received my Versace 3186 Eyeglasses in black they are great! The lenses fog up a bit but they are nice other than that. Would recommend!

I received my glasses, but they were made wrong. When I contacted them, I was told that lenses are non-refundable. My argument was this shouldn't apply when they make an error. I pursued it for a few months and as it stands now I have only the frames and I am out the full price. Better Business Bureau was no help. All they have to do is put the same prescription in every pair of glasses and keep making money. Don't waste your money. You may get what you ordered, but you also may not.
