Avoid buy from this website if you don't have a copy of prescription after the order placed, specially customer from outside USA, you will lose exchange rate even got refund

Wonderful Experience!

I'm really shocked by all of the negative reviews on here and I was so nervous when discovered them after placing my order. I lost my favorite pair of Kate Spade sunglasses on a Saturday, and I reordered that night, plus and additional pair. My order arrived on the following Thursday. Fastest shipping ever (I am in Brooklyn) and the 2 items were in perfect condition. Made my week! Customer service was also wonderful. I'm super happy and will definitely be ordering from Designer Optics in the future.

Better than expected

I ordered the Tiffany 2161B model which was discontinued by the manufacturer but Designer Optics had it for a great price. It was delivered very fast in less than a week and the packaging was perfect. It came with the manufacturer package.

I call to place my order and ask what was the delivery time they said 3 to 5 days
After 10days they send me an email saying that my order was deliver and give me a limk to follow up
I call and ask them about the email they said they just send it by mistake. Ok i ask how many more days to receive my glasses they said it will take about 3 more days to get the frame and after that a week to work on them i just cancell the order and writting this review for people to expect their glasses in a month not in 3 to 5 days

Sceptical Until Recieved

Aloha! I seldom online shop, so hence I'm nervous of shopping online and actually getting what I ordered. I wanted to treat myself to a nice pair of Tiffany and Co. Sunglasses for my upcoming 40th birthday. I had a pair a few years back that I simply loved. I found a pair online through a simple Google search and this company was attached to the sale. It was such a good deal, I almost couldn't believe it, but with Black Friday deals all over the internet, I went for it. I'm very pleased with my decision. I was informed of the mailing status and customer service updated me along the way. My sunnies arrived a few days later. I opened them up, iconic Tiffany box included and all of the sides. Sooo cute on as well! I almost just ordered more glasses... I hopefully will in the future. I give 5 stars!

Received the product with left temple scratched and the lens itself looking abnormal in color and material
After reporting to customer service, I got the response that I couldn't return it due to lens prescribed with RX#.
Actually it was non-prescription as pictured. DesignerOptics staff didn't take serious review but sent the excuse to deny customer's request
