I have ordered the glasses, after waiting for 10 days i have been told its not available and i have to choose some other. Total time wasters

I ordered 2 Dior eyeglasses and both of them are damaged. One side of the glasses is more than 4 mm upper than the other side.
I believe it is due to packaging.
It was not rapped or protected by anything!

Apparently I ordered the wrong glasses I wasn't sure thought I ordered adult glasses ended up with juniors I wanted the same exact frames but in adult size so that I can replace my broken frames and still use my same lenses

Unfortunately I have to return both frames as they will not work for me. Came very nicely packaged and protected with the famous orange Tory Burch cases. I wish it would have worked! I have since learned that you only have two weeks upon delivery for a return. I am hoping and praying they will allow me to return as it was $143.42 for both pair. I was waiting to return them as I was trying to compare them to another frame that took longer to get to my home. Praying for mercy!

I bought a pair of sunglasses and two days later they were giving 10% off and I messaged them about it and they applied the discount and refunded me. It's things like that I appreciate about a business. Great prices, fantastic customer service. I will forever get my sunglasses from here!

Great frames... great service... speedy delivery! So far I have Tiffany, Gucci, Juicy and now Michael Kors glasses. I'll be back next year for another pair since I love switching my glasses daily.

Answer: Actually its not a scam, I took my glasses to a gucci retailer and had them verified.
Answer: Mine were authentic as ever Versace store confirmed
Answer: Not easy at all! You can send an email, which will likely take at least a week for them to respond, or you can call. I have called and emailed several times. There are only 2 customer service people (I asked when I called) so you sit on hold for upwards of an hour. It is horrible. Then when you do finally get a person on the line, or an email response it is just, "Your glasses are almost ready. They should be shipped out soon." When you press for more detailed information they put you on hold and then come back and say that the lab is currently working on them. If you email for more information then you email is likely never returned.
Answer: Their Customer Service is absolute garbage...
Answer: I put in an order from Canada back in April 2025. There were some delays in shipping and delivery due to holiday long weekend and availability of the frames I ordered from the store. But I did get my order after a few weeks delay. So they are legitimate. Price I paid for the frames was reasonable even with the dollar exchange rate. I would consider ordering from Designer Optics again.
