I received my Versace glasses in the mail they came in good condition packed and really good they fit really good a bought for from the past and everything went good that's why I came back for some more
Theses glasses arrived damaged and used looking. The company have said I can return them at my expense & also pay a 5% restocking fee. I think this shocking customer service. I am waiting for a reply from them but I'm still waiting

Designer Optics is a disaster! Small poorly run company. Took forever, 14 days to receive "in stock" Gucci frames that ended up arriving bent. Terrible quality lens manufacturing look like they were cut out with a hack saw. Lens installed incorrectly. Made me even doubt the authenticity of the Gucci frames and the lens coating. Possibly the worst follow up customer service you can ever experience. Dozens of emails back and forth and they take no responsibility and refused to issue refund. After 45 days they are trying to send me back refurbished glasses. Save yourself a headache and avoid this company!

Ordered a pair of glasses my son wanted. Would have been about $200 more at eye doctor. They took insurance, better price on frames, and communicated well regarding delivery shipment and arrival.

I ordered 2 pairs of frames and paid expedited shipping. One pair was shipped immediately and then 4 days later I found out that the other pair had been discontinued. Two days after my 1st pair was on a truck for delivery (UPS), it did't show up until a week later (the box was completely crushed), so they're going back.
Customer service was somewhat helpful, it's been 3 days and I haven't received my requested Return Authorization.

I ordered three pairs of glasses I only received 1 pair. I'm still currently waiting after I was told they are looking into it. Hopefully I receive the other two at some point. Unfortunately one pair was a birthday gift.

I ordered the glasses on January 2 and didn't receive them until 1. 15. 21. The glasses aren't leveled and hopefully I can fix them or the Eyewear store can.

You have to be very careful, the insurance is a scam of the seller, in my case I have never received my order for more than a month.
The seller asks me to produce a police report that I sent, and currently he is not even answering my emails.
Fraudster.
Pay attention to insurance and a tip to make the buyer pay more.

Great price, fast shipping, overall happy with my experience. Had some doubts about the legitimacy of their website, but received continuous updates of the status of my purchase throughout its delivery. Item itself is genuine pair of Ray Ban sunglasses. Only wish I had known the sunglasses I picked in particular had such a lighter lens tint than I had expected, they practically look like reading glasses! Oh well, still love the frames. Will be sure to purchase from DesignerOptics once more, and get another pair in a darker shade next time.
