I was really excited to find a site that carried the ray bans I wanted and could put in prescription lenses. The selection in brick and mortar stores has been terrible. Received them yesterday and they were exactly what I ordered and the prescription was perfect. They arrived less than 2 weeks from when I ordered them on Jan 1st. (I did do expedited shipment). I was so pleased with them that I ended up ordering a second pair of different glasses that happened to be on sale. I'm so excited that I found this website. Highly recommend!
Never received my order and will cancel. Order, i bought this thinking i will receive soon and was backordered, if they would have stated that in their website i would not habe bought them

Company has forced me to use my own courier to return the frames which they had sent from USA to Canada due to their staff negligence. I have been asking for the refund since Nov'20 but they didn't take corrective action. I have not see. Such a company in my entire life. They will block your Tweets if you talk the truth about them, this company should be banned to do business.

I've purchased an eyeglass with 3-6 days shipping for extra $35. After 7 days when I emailed them, they've told me you should wait and no more information! Because we are in this pandemic time! I said ok! But the pandemic has started a year ago and you didn't edit your shipping options on your website. You could mention that by few words. They apologized and promised me to refound my extra shipping fee. After two days they've emailed me and told me that they can't refound it because I live in Canada not US. That was my story. I told them that I'll write this for they customers.
Just wanted you to know so please double check everything with them before placing your order. They'll take no responsibility even about what they promise to do!

Order glasses with prescriptions two weeks ago. Paid for next day shipping plus priority processing for 30 bucks and still have not gotten them. They keep saying the lens are in the lab then they say the frames are in the lab. They said they would refund my 30 bucks for shipping and still haven't done that. Now they just flat out ignore me, I am just going to have to dispute the transaction. Don't be fooled by the cheap prices because you will not get your product.

Prescription glasses takes more time for lab processing as it goes through rechecking, inspection to meet the perfection.

Bought a pair of Bottega Veneta sunglasses and I'm seriously so happy! I was a little skeptical because of some of the reviews but they are obviously 100% authentic and the price was very reasonable. Took around 3 weeks to arrive to Iceland but I will definitely be recommending this site to my friends and family.

Order frames and lenses on 11/20/20, order arrived 12/5/20. Tried on my new glasses only to find out that I can't see out of them. The bifocals were placed to high and my vision line was crossed with both the upper and lower at the same time. I Immediately sent an email to the company in regards to my issue. As of today 12/19/20 I'm still arguing with this company about my glasses. The response I got was no refunds and if I wanted new lenses I would have to pay for them. I was then told I can send the glasses back for a refund on the frames only at 80% of what I had paid. After two weeks of back and forth I was told to go back to my Dr and have my eyes measured, they will compare what the Dr said vrs what they did. At this point all I want is my money back. I asked to have lenses made without the bifocals since it was a problem I was told I needed to pay for that. I feel as if I'm being scammed for something that was not even my fault or I was able to control. I get it we all are human but to treat a customer this way and not stand behind doing what's right for your customers is flat out horrible. My goal was to have the lenses correctly done to my satisfaction so I can see out of them, I don't think that is a very unreasonable request. They are of no use to me the way they came. I will never use this company and I will never ever recommend them to anyone for that simple fact.

Bought a Dior Sunglass. Shipping tooks 20 days. When i opened the box, just one single sunglass in a plastic bag. No box, no case, no cleaning cloth. It likes a Sunglass from dollar shop. Not sure is it a genuine one. I am very disappoint with this purchase. Not recommed to others.

Gucci sunglasses for half the price with great service. Designer optics followed up on my order and got it to me promptly.

I bought a Kate Spade frame for myself over the summer. I love the price and the quality. My sister wanted a new frame so I purchased a difference Kate Spade frame for her for Christmas. She loves them. They arrived in a timely manner and in great condition. I highly recommend this site for frames. My eye doctor was charging $150 more just for the frame, the exact frame. I will definitely use them again.

Answer: Actually its not a scam, I took my glasses to a gucci retailer and had them verified.
Answer: Mine were authentic as ever Versace store confirmed
Answer: Not easy at all! You can send an email, which will likely take at least a week for them to respond, or you can call. I have called and emailed several times. There are only 2 customer service people (I asked when I called) so you sit on hold for upwards of an hour. It is horrible. Then when you do finally get a person on the line, or an email response it is just, "Your glasses are almost ready. They should be shipped out soon." When you press for more detailed information they put you on hold and then come back and say that the lab is currently working on them. If you email for more information then you email is likely never returned.
Answer: Their Customer Service is absolute garbage...
Answer: I put in an order from Canada back in April 2025. There were some delays in shipping and delivery due to holiday long weekend and availability of the frames I ordered from the store. But I did get my order after a few weeks delay. So they are legitimate. Price I paid for the frames was reasonable even with the dollar exchange rate. I would consider ordering from Designer Optics again.
