I have ordered the 17.3 inch HP laptop carrying bag. I communicted with the sales rep. Over the thephone. She was helpful and each time I called, there was no wait. The best part was, I spoke to a real person, and the delivery was quick. Within less than a week my bag arrived from Montreal to Ontario! I use the bag everyday to carry my laptop to and from work. The bag is of high quility and even more spacious than I expected. I would defenitely recomend Deply Depo to my family and friends, and others. You won't be dissapointed!
