I have placed my order on the 8th with the product showing as in stock, after I made my payment I was contacted the following Monday informing me that the product is out of stock, and I have to wait till the 19th for it to be back in stock and ship out, it is the 19th as I am writing this, and still no status update on my product, I'm very disappointed.
Overall prices were fine, shipping costs were brutal though which why they only get a 4

I received the product quickly, within days. Prices are reasonable. Your search function needs to be improved. As a novice techie, using the search parameters i recieved an unmanageable volume of results. Not being familiar with specific terms, narrowing the results was difficult. Until i figured out the exact name of the item. If i was less persistent, i probably would have given up and gone to another vendor.
Stocked and quick delivery. Customer service was also very friendly and quick to respond.
