I had my order cancelled, I guess there was a pricing error but instead of contacting me they just went ahead and cancelled my order. These were Ubiquiti products that go out of stock quick so I wish they would have contacted me first before risking me losing stock.

I ordered 120 patch cord cables 6 inches long. Some of them are 5 inches, the majority is 6 inches, some of them 7 inches and one 8 inches. I would have like to have them all the same lenght wich is more nice looking.

Now two weeks later than when I placed my order for an item that was supposedly stock in Montreal and, still, never got the email saying it's ready to pick-up... really disappointed. Should have bough it from Amazon or something.

I did not know about DeployDepot before, and found them while I was looking for a specific item, which was in stock nowhere else. I saw the item I wanted, and thought: they have it in stock, slightly cheaper than on the brand's name store, so I though: let's give them a change, they are a local business and I could do with a new place I can trust to buy my hardware, so I took a dive!

I had a great experience working with DeployDepot. I initially spoke with someone via online chat and they went the extra mile to verify what they had in stock was a specific hardware revision of a router I needed. I ran into a somewhat-expected problem ordering online (related to the total value and shipping internationally) and spoke with someone on the phone who was able to work around the problem within a couple minutes. A few days later, I received the products without any problems at all.

I wanted to get an HP Comfort Grip Wireless mouse which I love using but which I don't think HP even makes anymore. The ordering was simple, but to pay $21.88 shipping on a $30.99 product is a little crazy. Still, there was nowhere else to buy this mouse, so I acquiesced.

I am deeply unsatisfied with Deploy Depot. I ordered 4 Ubiquiti ViewPort PoEs well over a month ago and nothing has arrived. I've called Deploy Depot to try and get help, but nobody has returned my call or fixed the shipping issue. I'm currently out 1,200 Canadian Dollars and behind on a critical project. If DeployDepot reaches out to me and gets my order to me in a timely fashion, I will update this review.

Placed the order without issues and received the product quickly.

The site itself was easy enough to navigate, great prices. It would be nice for them to use a more reliable carrier though-shipped through FedEx who tried to say my address didn't exist. Second problem was that they say they are a Canadian company, however giving the post code to FedEx resulted in them saying it was sent from the US had to contact customer support to reach out to FedEx. After a few days the package did show up, they had put a map on it for the courier- just wow- our neighborhood isn't new by any stretch.

Ordered and received products are accurate. Just doubt if in case need to return the items.

Item although sold as refurbished looks new to me, shipping was extremely quick even though I took the cheapest route. Very happy with purchase overall.

It is always a pleasure dealing with Deploy Depot. The ordering process is very simple, and the staff on site for order pick up are always very friendly and helpful.
