My Ubiquiti NVR's failed recently and DeployDepot was the only retailer that had them in stock and not with an outrageous price hike.

My order was shipped out the next day and received the day after.

Initial contact with DeployDepot was via telephone calls, inquiring about product availability, warranties and refurbished conditions. The people I spoke with were very pleasant and extremely helpful. When I created my account, I did not notice a typing error in my email address, and when I completed my order I did not receive an email confirmation. I once again contacted them, by telephone, and was immediately helped with correcting the error, along with them immediately sending a pdf of the order confirmation to the correct email address. Absolutely wonderful people to deal with. The ordered items were shipped and received within a matter of a few days. A fantastic first experience with DepotDepot and they will certainly be my first contact should I have future telecommunication needs.

I ordered an item listed as "in stock" for same-day pickup. 3 days after i placed the order, the item was still not available for pickup. Contacted customer service a few times and even went to eh warehouse. Unfortunately, the item was not in stock and was being ordered from a separate warehouse. If you don't have it why sell it and waste may time?

Ordered ethernet patch cables. After receiving a phone call from customer service, the price listed on website was an error for the cables, as I paid for 50 at $. 99 ($. 99 vs $7.99). I was sent another invoice for $367.50 ($7 x 50 + GST) to cover the error listed on the website.
I needed the cables quick and had selected next-day air shipping.
After proceeding with the higher price, they had to transfer in some of the patch cables from another location.

I was told it would be shipped out the next day. I followed up 2 days later and they said it was going to be shipped the next day. I then followed up again 2 days later and was told it would be shipped the next day.

They eventually showed up a few days later after the last time I called.

I normally have a better experience, but this last one makes me question future business.

Works good and is what I wanted was shipped very quickly

I was scammed, the product you had on your site changed the price after i already paid for it, and than you cancelled the order, that should be illegal, this is the last time i or any of my many friends will be shopping in your site, i will make sure of that, i feel cheated, in a regular store the store would honor the wrong price if that would be the case, i am very disappointed in the service i have received and angry.
