I had excelled communication with the Customer Service people and they were able to assist with pointing me to products compatible with our equipment. However, the website doesn't have full details of each product so I was taking a chance on my order and now I have to place another order because I couldn't be confident the products would be compatible until they were physically received.
Shipping was very fast and the product was well packaged.
Ordering was efficient, and pickup at the warehouse was straightforward and convenient based on my location. Good overall experience.
I know you are a reseller, and I respect that, but having no tech support for products that are extremely expensive is not good.
I just pay $400 for two dishes, and they do not perform as advertised, then you forward me off to Ubiquiti, and they are not helping.
