Deep discount is the worst website I have ever dealt with, and I order a lot of different things from the Internet! I ordered a DVD in January the beginning, and still no DVD. Everytime I try to get information no one sea to be able to help me or give me any information! They say they can't even track it! The tracking number I got can't be tracked either! I will never deal with this website again!
Absolutely the worst ordered 2 blurays and 1 dvd in late november. One shipped 11/29, one 12/8 and one 12/9 - is 12/31 and I still have none. Customer NON-SUPPORT email only and cannot track. They have DHL Global and then to USPS and Postal Service cannot track DHL tracking number abd DeepDiscount IS NO HELP. STAY AWAY.
I've ordered from them several times before. They run a legit site, but still not a very good one. Of the several orders I have placed in the past, only about half of them have ever made it to me. The other half were canceled. This happens quite frequently, especially when they run a good deal. The deal gets posted with no limit to quantity. Lots of people order a particular item on sale, then they don't have enough in stock and cancel a bunch of orders. If your order goes through, shipping is usually slow, though it is usually free. On the other hand, if you request to cancel your order, it usually goes ignored.
The only reason they got 2 stars instead of just 1 is because they actually do run a legit online business, just not a very good one.

My browsing took me mostly to the DVD & Blu-ray area of the website. They had really really great prices, possibly too good to be true, but too close to call. I was also hadn't heard of the site before. After some research that made me feel a little more comfortable, I emptied my Paypal account save for the total of the purchase and risked it.
End result --> Awesome! My DVDs were well packed, factory sealed and included the slipcovers. Plus they have free shipping on orders over $15.
Great News! -->Always tons of sales going on, huge inventory, from popular new releases to hard to find imports. Plus, they have tons of search options to help navigate through their huge selection. I've been back many times to browse and made additional purchases from them [same experience - slow (free!) shipping, quality product, super sweet price].
