I have made 2 orders from dealsmachine n the service was great also they shipped my product in the time they said delivery time is my only problem but goods came in excellent condition i would recommend the site

I've been doing buisness with Deals Machine for years now. Product selection is always Grade A, pricing is competitive and many times below the retail margin. They've capitalized on their global shipping by producing a quick and accurate delivery standard, and Customer Service has proven time and time to again to be knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Deals Machine is an excellent buisness model for public commerce. I will continue to do buisness with Deals Machine in the future, and i will continue to refer my clients to Deals Machine for their consumer product needs.

I bought some items on December 19th, 2014 and they were shipped by December 24th, 2014. Unfortunately my items got lost (I don't get any shipping news since January 19th, shipping # RS*******NL).

I've submitted a ticket on February 27th (because they told me to wait for some more days on February 7th, and the time to make a complaint with paypal ended during those days).

Until now, I'm still waiting for them to answer my ticket. I think I'll never buy from them again. I paid for insurance, so I hope I can get 100% of my money back or at least get my items resent.

It's so annoying, other websites always answer my tickets within 72 hours.

I have been using Dealsmachine for a few years now to purchase (mostly electronic) products (including when they used to be called "ahappydeal.com").

Had no issues, until my last order. Item never showed up, months of emails, I even requested the item be resent rather then a refund issued - they offered only a partial refund for an item I never received. What a joke. I paid extra at checkout for "Shipping Insurance". This is a scam, its a false sense of security. I'm now in a battle with them to get my money refunded. All I can say is: thank goodness for Paypal. Paypal is the best insurance you can get, make sure you pay with Paypal if you do have to use them. In all honesty, don't use them. Use Ebay or someone else.

Purchased a v303 quadcopter on 2/15/2015, didn't think about Chinese new year. Item shipped on 3/2/2015 and delivered on 3/5/2015 to some other address in CHINA (I live in Ohio, USA). I called into support and was told that I must call back after 48-72 hours as they were going to call EMS shipping. Given the item was delivered to someone other than myself I am out money and product.

Received this from support:
We will arrange the refund on the item unshipped first and then arrange the refund of the shipped out item.

We will try to apply your shipping fee back to you, while maybe we can not refund you your insurance. What do you think of it?

************ All I have to say is WOW. Not only wasn't I told that my items would need to be shipped seperately, but to find out that 1 item was not shipped, 1 item was shipped but to address in CHINA and not in US and wanting to screw me out of $65.24 worth of shipping and insurance charges. Absolutely unacceptable from any company.

UPDATE: 3/16/2015

Support agreed on FULL refund as of 3/12/2015 after consulting their manager. As a precaution I opened a paypal dispute on 3/12/2015 few hours before they agreed to FULL refund. I figured I would let paypal dispute continue to ensure that I receive it. The seller has stated that they shipped out the item and would be fighting the dispute. Given the fact that dealsmachine.com support ticket is documentation showing that they would provide the FULL refund, it will be interesting to see how this plays out. I'm expecting the FULL refund as that was the agreed to resolution between myself and dealsmachine.

The arrival of the article I come in the estimated time. The cuality is very good and I'm very happy with the item. I wouldn't hesitate to order from Dealsmachine again.

All right. Fast, good product and good price. Carefully If you look the price euros, because the change is not current, and they charge in dollars (there is a margin of approximately 10%).

I am really sad that I wrote a great review for this site 7 months ago. Everything was OK with my orders until my NO. 1 G2 Smartwatch had a problem with the battery from the beginning. It is my fault that I waited for a while to see if with the time will work better but 6 months after the receive it couldn't work even for seconds without power supply. I wrote to the support center and they answered This is 1 year Warranty? I decided to send it for repair. After 3 messages and 15 dayS from the day they received I had an answer asking me once again what to do. Today 20 days after I am still waiting for an answer. I bought many things from a lot of merchants from China it is the first time I meet this kind of derogatory behavior.

I purchased the tablet 20 11 2015, 17 days have passed and you have not yet sent, you have said that is not available in stock, because when you sell items are not available to send to the acquirenti.io thought I had tablets for natale. Pentito of have done long ago positive review.

Ok so i had a few misunderstandings with this company but in the end they fixed all the issues.

I have purchased from DM previously, and been totally satisfied with the quality of goods and the speed of delivery. That is why I returned to buy another phone for my wife, a 5.0 inch DOOGEE DG310 Android 4.4 3G Phablet with MTK6582 1.3GHz Quad Core 1GB RAM 8GB ROM WiFi GPS OTG WVGA IPS Screen, and once again I was not disappointed, even though I had to pay £13.00 import tax to DHL.

Purchased 10 pcs MT3 tanks. Perfect condition. Shipped from across the pond, takes a while. 4 star on prices.

Although this last order took a bit longer to recieve, I cannot fault DealsMachine for the delay of the postal service. DealsMachine has wonderful products and prices. They are courteous and helpful as much as able. I have never had any problems with DealsMachine at all. Any prblems I have had have been the fault of the postal service.
