I am to the point I am thinking DealDash is a joke I been doing this every day for a few years and never win. I even bided over 2000 bids on one before and nothing
People frequently drop 1 penny and then wait till late into bidding to drop hundreds if not thousands of bid mean while your out money because you've been bidding the whole time!
Hi Jared. We're truly sorry to hear about your less-than-ideal experience. Your feedback is crucial to us and we are committed to improving our service based on it. We understand how frustrating it can be when the bidding strategies of others affect your own experience. We sincerely apologize that you've encountered such issues and recognize how this can make the process feel less equitable. We're here to help with any concerns you have. Please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected], where we're available 24/7 for you. Looking forward to hearing from you!
It's a gambling site ( A+ scam), please do not use, you are not saving money what so ever like they are advertising, someone will sue them for misleading.
Thanks for your review! Sorry to hear that you think we are a scam. We have been in business since 2009 and we continue to persist precisely because we have an absolute dedication to integrity. We're audited yearly, have done several 3rd party audits of the auction bidding itself, and we're an A+ accredited business with the BBB. However we understand that there may be skeptics, so that’s why all customers are entitled to a 100% no-questions-asked refund on their first purchase of bids. Here are some recent great wins: http://dealdash.com/winners We would love to assist you further, please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected], we are available 24/7! Looking forward to hearing from you!
Around 2011, possibly 12, I became a player of Deal Dash. I won a Gerber knife and a small convection oven. Both items were quality. After a week, maybe two, I began noticing the frequency of being pitted against those who seemed to have unlimited number of bids. I contacted customer service about the unfairness of bid packages and the advantage it gave to those who were rocks from 2009, maybe 2010. I never received a response. That bothered me. I would have stayed with Deal Dash were it not for bid packages. Auctioning bid packages is cash money for Deal Dash. The bids are computer generated and are not tangible like a toaster oven. I won't declare Deal Dash a scam, but I disliked the bid packages because to win one is difficult because the competitor is bidding with unlimited computer-generated resources that overwhelm.
Thank you for sharing your experience with us. While it's great to hear that you've had positive wins with us, we apologize for any frustration you felt when bidding against players with seemingly many bids in the auctions. Your feedback is extremely important to us as we're continually working to create a balanced and enjoyable environment for all participants. We would love to assist you further! We're very sorry to hear that you did not get a response from us, as we aim to respond to customer inquiries as soon as we can. Perhaps we have not received your message so could you kindly send it to us again to [email protected]. We are very keen on resolving your concerns as soon as possible!
I don't actually know if deal dash is legit or a scam but here is the real problem with this site: It's the constant bids they offer for auction and the bids they offer in exchange for an expensive item a bidder wins. The power bidders naturally flock to these items, taking turns winning them, and are therefore supplied with a constant stream of bids to the point where the bidding power of anyone new is a no contest so new comers either bow out of an auction when a power bidder comes in, don't enter the auction at all if a power bidder is there or they just lose their bids to those power bidders. I have seen power bidders bid over 5000 times to win 950 bids. Really? And it doesn't even make a dent in their cache of spare bids. If deal dash wanted a true legitimate auction site, then they would not offer these great bid opportunities. They would instead make "all" bidders fork out the money to buy the bids and have an even playing ground. If these power buyers were having to buy their bids like the rest of us, maybe they wouldn't be so wasteful with them. Indeed, deal dash evidently thinks they are making more money on the bid packages, but I doubt it if you consider the people who quit the site because of it. Having said all this, I use deal dash and I often win. Anyone can win. But as most of the reviews reflect you have to be in an auction with no power bidders, the power bidders while waiting for the new bidders to stop when their bids are gone or the price has been run up, make a mistake and the auction accidentally ends early because a regular player stopped bidding leaving another player to win before the power bidders jump in, get lucky enough to find a time when power bidders can't bid on an item because they have already won it and are blocked, be patient enough to wait and wait and wait, buy a crap ton of bids and try to take on the power bidder or just be unusually lucky. I know all these things and I still use deal dash and i often times win but sometimes it feels more like a job or a trauma... not the fun it's supposed to be... this is real money being played with and i actually think casinos are easier :) Imagine the money dealdash might make if "all" bidders were going head to head on an even playing field instead of power bidders constantly swooping in and taking nice items or gift cards for 9 cents or 47 cents or 1.12 etc. In any event, I doubt the people calling deal dash a scan are correct. I have won too many times and seen others win too many times to believe that... it is simply the excess of bids beings offered constantly that dull the site for so many. One last point... some will say then those with more money will win all the time...and I would say, pretty sure they are anyway. At least they wouldn't have all these excess bids to go for things over and over and over or things they don't want just to get the exchange bids instead. I'm telling you it would be way more fun and tons more fair.

I ended up "buying bids" while trying to slide the bar. Can't find an undo. Just checking out the website! Did NOT want to purchase.
Hi Stephen, thanks for your review! We're sorry for any misunderstanding. We do have a 100% Money Back Guarantee on your first Bid Pack. Please reach out to us at [email protected] for assistance, we're here 24/7. Have a great day!
I think the items they offer are overpriced. I just signed up today to try it out, if don't win any auction after I spend the 500 bids I purchased, will not buy anymore. See screenshot https://snipboard.io/UZw7bx.jpg

It's an ingenious business model. I joined on July 5,23 and I have won 33 auctions including a couple of big ticket items. One of those bit items for dirt cheap (just dumb luck) I don't have unlimited funds and I don't have unlimited time but I learned quickly 1) only bid on items that I want; 2) who the heavy bidders are (and stay away from them); 3) understand how much I'm willing to lose. For me, it's no different than buying lottery tickets and never winning (kiss that money goodbye) or going to a casino. At a casino, I know I am not going to win but I want to have fun playing so I know how much I am willing to pay for that fun. I love playing DD using strategy. There's lots of info available on the bid page that can help you make a decision to stay or quit. And patience. Lots of patience. It's not a scam... you pay and play. Do your research and understand how it works before you jump in and have unrealistic expectations. It's gambling for sure, but I would rather spend my money and receive products than buy lottery tickets. I will probably take a break for a bit from this spending spree. And then I will look to going back.
Thank you for your review! We're motivated by your positive experience and continue to strive for your satisfaction. As always, we're ready and eager to assist you at any time! Happy bidding!
In five years, I won four auctions. All on the first day:
A set of pens that no one else bid on, so I paid one cent.
A nice Sheaffer pen that no one else bid on. Paid one cent.
Calligraphy pens. One cent
100 bid pack. One cent.
Enthused, I immediately bought 200 more bids. "This is great!"
After that, I never won another auction. In some cases, I'd bid on gift cards. Say, a $25 Target card. After it got up to $15 or so, I'd drop out, as it was no longer worth it. But tracking them, I'd see bids go above $40 for a $25 card. In one case, a $10 gas card "sold" for over $100.
Does anybody really believe that actual humans are making these bids?
In my most recent auctions, where I set out to use up all of my remaining bids so that I could close my account, I noticed that I was down to bidding against three other "users" whose accounts had all been created that very day. After my bids ran out, they immediately stopped bidding against each other.
Quite a coincidence, eh?
My conclusion is that when you first sign up, you see legitimate auctions for legitimate low-priced items, but that ONLY you see those auctions. You win a few auctions, think this is great, and then will never win another auction again, unless you spend an insane amount of money. Is it fraud. No - they sent me the advertised items, with free shipping. Is it a scam? Absolutely.
Thank you for your review! Sorry to hear you're having trouble winning in the auctions! Our utmost priority has always been maintaining the integrity of our auctions. We would love to assist you further! Please reach out to us directly at [email protected] because your feedback is invaluable to us as we strive to better our service. Looking forward to hearing back from you!
It's impossible to win a bid. You sit for hours, even days bidding 1 cent at a time. And you loose your money each bid. Not like a regular action where you only pay I'd you win. No, you pay for each bid. And NEVER win. Even at 3 am. Even tried for stupid items like lip gloss. Still couldn't win a bid. It's ridiculous. Keep your $.
Thank you for your review! I am sorry to hear about your experience! We do not hide the fact that we are a pay-to-participate auction site, and our business model is a rather unique twist on auctions where you pay to bid. However, we understand that this may not be for everyone, so we do have a money-back guarantee for all customers on their first bid pack purchase so that they can try us out risk-free. We would love to assist further as customer satisfaction is very important to us! Please reach out to us directly at [email protected] - we hope to hear from you soon!
Deal Dash is an addictive rip off designed to separate you from your money.
If you keep track of the cost of the bids you buy, and the final cost of the item you win, you will see that there is no real price savings most of the time.
If you don't win the bid, you're still out of all the money you paid to purchase the bids. In a real auction, you bid up to what you're willing to spend, but don't lose the money if you don't win.
Deal Dash is the only one profiting from this auction site. Just think, they will buy your winnings back with bids that cost them nothing to produce if you win. They know that these bids will be used to jack up the bids on other items that people have paid to bid for, thereby making them even more money.
I guess you would say I was lucky in that I won some low level bids at first but lost my shirt when it came to the larger items. I started looking at the cost of the bids, and the final costs of the items won / purchased and discovered a huge discrepancy in the value of the items compared to their actual costs.

This is a total SCAM! There is no way that a PlayStation could be 0.50 cents! Now the Playstation is 148 dollars this a scam and fraud! Would not recommend buying here! How in the world is a PlayStation 0.50 cents!
Thanks for your review! I can understand where the skepticism may be coming from. Although each auction is different, I can guarantee that this is 100% true! For more information, please do reach out to us directly at [email protected] - we hope to hear from you soon!
They are not specific on how to bid for someone who is new to the site. I tried to ask questions beforehand but you can't contact anyone. Don't waist your time.

Love the sandals I won. They are very comfortable and I look forward to wearing them during the summer. I normally placed bids a day to keep trying to win items.
Thank you so much for the 5 star review Janet! I'm happy to hear you are enjoying your auction win and Happy Bidding :)
Thank you kindly for your 5 star review Kevin. We are here for you 24/7, Happy Bidding!
Total scam. They suck you in thinking you'll get items cheap. There's no way to win anything when bidding against auto bids.
I'm sorry to hear about your experience Ruth. DealDash does offer a money back guarantee on the first purchase so do reach out to us so we can further assist. All users on DealDash are real users such as yourself and we will be more than happy to further investigate any auctions that you would like, we look forward to hearing back from you.
I'd rather ebay. With ebay pay once, when you win. Don't like paying to bid and then paying for item
Thank you for your review. We do offer a money back guarantee on the first bid pack purchase, so you can try us out risk-free! We also offer a Second Chance Guarantee in which users get their first bid pack bids for free if they do not win an auction. Even when including the cost of bids and the final price paid, the vast majority of auctions are bought for less than retail price.
I had won the Doting Dews Amos Earrings & received an email from their customer service letting me know. They did offer 3 other options, another pair of earrings; a ring (both by Doting Dews); and a refund along with 721 bids. I chose the first option the Doting Dews Harriet Earrings. They replied within a couple of hours and placed my order that quick. I would like to thank DealDash Customer Service for working on the issue so very fast.
Thank you so much for the 5 star review and your kind understanding in the matter. I'm happy to hear our Happiness team was able to resolve the issue right away and we are here for you 24/7!
Like any auction sometimes you win others you loose. So far I'm happy with it
Thank you so much for the 5 star review Christopher! We truly appreciate it and Happy Bidding!
I posted a negative review. I stand by the negative review. However, Dealdash did reach out to me and refunded my money. I move to 2 stars due to this. My review is still negative due to the fact that you will lose lots of money. They have preferred bidders. The warning stays the same on the fact that you will lose money. Also be aware that you can lose a bid at the last seconds due to "system errors". Giving bid to the other person. This happens a lot
Sorry for the inconvenience here Kim, DealDash operates on a pay to participate model, so bids are required to be purchased in advance to participate in the auctions. Please reach out to us directly if you haven't already and we will be more than happy to assist with a refund, thanks!
Answer: Thats a hard question to answer, because it depends on the article, and its value. I will say I have won some great Articles, and lost many, maby more. The more valuable the article the harder to win. Personally, I gave up on Deal Dash due to the BID STOMPING and Jumpers and the gready nature of some bidders, who stockpile bids. Also, even though Deal Dash supposedly has means to catch Buddy Bidding, I myself have caught at least 4 people doing buddy bidding, reported it, and nothing was ever done about it. Finally I no longer play on Deal Dash, for the reasons I mentioned, but thats my choice. Its up to you, on what you want to do. Hope this helps.
Answer: Hi Beatriz, I want to start this conversation by inviting you to read our Audit Conducted by Ernst & Young: https://dealdash.files.wordpress.com/2014/12/dealdash_ey_audit.pdf Fair & Honest is a symbolic capture of DealDash's core values, and these certainly start and end with our commitment to being humanistic. I would love to show this to you, how can we help? Please let me know. Adrian Community Manager
Answer: Hi William. If you do not win an auction you will not automatically get the bids back to your account. You have the option to use the Buy it Now button. By using the Buy it Now option you will get the item for retail price and all bids back to your account that you used in the auction. Users who take advantage of this option usually have a better experience, since they both get the item they initially wanted, as well as retain all their bids. If you do not want to use Buy it Now you will unfortunately lose the bids. We recommend our users to bid on items they really want, so that if they lose the auction, they can still get the item and their bids back. Let me know if you have more questions!
Answer: Hi Julie, I hope you are having a wonderful day I'd be happy to explain how the Buy-It-Now option works. Each bid you place takes away one of your bids from your balance and increases the price of the auction by 1 penny, then resetting the clock to 10 seconds. It's in this small window that someone else must decide if they will place a bid to outbid you. If no new bids are placed and you are the final bidder in the auction, you win the auction at the final sales price. If you do not win the auction, you will see the Buy It Now button. By using the Buy it now option, you will get the item for retail price and all the bids you used in that auction will be returned to your bid balance. Users who take advantage of this option usually have a better experience, since they get the item they initially wanted as well as retain all their bids. Please let us know if you have any other questions and be sure to read more about us here: http://www.dealdash.com/how-does-it-work Thanks so much for your great question, please feel free to reach back out and let us know if there's anything else you need. Answer: Hi Emogene! Great to hear you had a good experience and won a few items. Orders are usually delivered in 7-10 business days. I hope you enjoy your items. If you need anything else, please don't hesitate to contact me!
Answer: Hi Kathy - All items are brand new. We work with top suppliers such as Walmart and Sears, who ship the items directly to your door! If you are unhappy with any item you receive, simply contact our support team and they will help you out. If you need anything else, please don't hesitate to contact me!
Answer: Hi Elizaabeth, Thank you for getting in touch. We offer all of our customers a full money back guarantee for the first bid pack purchase. Our payments team can get in touch with you and issue a refund. Please send me a number we can call. My email is [email protected]
Answer: Hi Patricia, Thank you for getting in touch. I am sure this has been a misunderstanding. DealDash is audited by Ernst & Young, confirming that all bids are placed by real customers and all items are delivered. DealDash members and their acquaintances are strictly banned from taking part in the auctions. My guess is that another user may have chosen a user name similar to DealDash. If so, we'll need to change it to avoid confusion. Please send me an email with your user name, so I can find the auctions and spot the user. My email is [email protected] I look forward to hearing from you. Best, Adrian Community Manager
Answer: Hi Jan, For new users, I normally recommend watching our How it Works video for a brief overview of what to expect from the auctions: http://www.dealdash.com/how-does-it-work DealDash has a 100% money back guarantee on your first bid pack purchase and a winning guarantee. If you decide to give DealDash a try and don't win an auction with your first bid pack we'll return the bids back to your account free for a second chance. If you're still not satisfied with your DealDash shopping experience we'll be happy to refund your first bid pack purchase no questions asked. You can even keep any bids in your account or items you have won. Giving DealDash a try is risk free!
Answer: Hi Jasmine. All items on the site are brand new, factory sealed and come with standard manufacturer’s warranties. Vanessa, I am very sorry to hear you have felt that way. Could you please let me know your user name and I'll pull up your account? I'll be happy to assist with any concerns!
Bid on auctions and save. All auctions start at $0 with no minimum price reserve. Everything must go! DealDash is the fair and honest bidding site. Founded in 2009, millions of bidders have enjoyed Deal Dash auctions since.
