I was checking out site and bought by mistake bid points. Email Deal Dash right away letting them know I made mistake, and shortly after they emailed me back letting me know they refunded my full amount.

First time i tried got in a biding war with several other determined bidders after spending over $100 dollars dropped out received nothing when they posted the winner wasn't even one of the people i was bidding against sure I can get my Bids back by buying the item at full price$700 no thank Ill stay away

It was quite an experience. This is not for everyone
I wanted to see what Deal Dash was about. But what I have seen of it was slow on real time. It took to long with the checking on a bid.

Sorry for the inconvenience Vanessa. Please note that we will assist you with the return of any defective or damaged items you have received. We always try to provide pre-paid shipping labels in order to ship the item back. If this is not possible, we will of course refund the costs of shipping the item back. All you have to do is send us a copy of the receipt and we will refund the shipping costs right away.
On a separate note, all of our items should be brand new and top quality, just as advertised. If you have received an item that was not up to these standards, please accept our sincere apologies. Our support team will be following up with you to assist with the return process, and have this situation resolved as soon as possible.
Walmart shipped 2 items to me instead of 1. DealDash assisted me in a couple of ways to return the 1 extra item. I was very pleased with Mark Lee's assistance
But Walmart should be schooled of such returns. I will not be using the gift card Walmart gave me in order to accept my return for I feel I would be stealing if I did.

Trust me when I say you will never win. The items you think your getting a good deal on are not true. Consider this you buy bids for $. 60/bid. You then place 200 bids on an item that mean yous have spent $120.00 to win. Then you pay the final sales price. I tell you this because I was betting on a thin king credit card holder. I used all 200 bids to win the item. The price of this item on their site is $45.00. I spent $120.00. And the item cost me $8.00. So now I am down $128.00. Lol they are scammers and we are idiots for thinking that is a good deal. Beware this site isnt what it seems. If you want an auction find a site that only makes you pay when you win.
DD- $20.00= 2,000 bids* $. 60/bid= $1,200.00 for an item that retail value is maybe $100.00. This company is making so much money.
The free auctions are an even bigger scam. They say they will pay the final price for the winner. Well an $800.00 Walmart gift card sold for $1,600. That means that idiots bid 160,000 bids for this card. 160,000 at $. 60 cents/bid = $96,000. After Dealdash pays the $800.00 for the gift card the company makes $95,200 from hard working Americans. If you win you lose and if you lose; you lose hard... Hmmmm Sounds like a Gamble to me. This site should be illegal.
And they respond to your negative reviews with suggestive ways of spending more money on their site. This company understands the scam it is pulling. I hope the Government smartens up and realizes they are allowing American citizens to gamble online, which I thought was illegal. The buy now feature is an even bigger scam. They want you to buy the items that are marked up higher than amazon prices to get your bids back. Its a joke the 5 star reviews are from the people that were lucky enough to get a really good deal on an item. I bet if they were to tell you how much they spent on the bids and the items they purchased; they could've bought a few of them. Also look up the retail price of each item online, DealDash increases the item price to make the gamble more enticing.
I like good deals and I am cheap but save your money and buy the items. Learn from my mistakes. And Deal Dash employees stop email stalking me to take down my posts.

I have shaky hands and accidently hit the button twice for a large purchase. When I discovered the error, I wrote, explained and within 12 hours the mistake had been addressed and corrected. I can't think f any business that responds as quickly as DealDash. Thank you very much

I made what could easily be called a naive and uneducated mistake! However after I messaged the company, and without delay they corrected my mistake without delay! Instantly, I have became a big deal dash fan and would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks for your understanding!

I tried 2 get this card 4 quite a while but was using my wrong email. After using my right email it took no time 2 get missing card.
