Quite pleased with all aspects of DealDash, Quality, Price ( whether won Auctions or Buy it Now), fast shipping, and Customer Service ( Prompt, complete, and courteous service).
It was a pleasure to watch the bidding, and join in at the right time. Once I enter a initial bid, I don't have to worry about being "locked out", for inactivity, like I do on other bidding sites. Also, the alert me feature is very nice, because it tells me when items I am interested in are coming up for bid.
DealDash has been the best penny auction site I've ever tried. I don't even use the other ones at all any more. It's the most fun and I've won a lot of auctions for a penny! They are fair and honest and customer service is the best!
My email to Dealdash.com customer service follows. I hope this will save you from a headache and hassles:
I did NOT want to purchase bids before I had an opportunity to view and explore your website, auction site and live... auctions in real-time PRIOR to making ANY PURCHASE of products and/or bids of any type or amount! I most certainly did NOT desire or intend to make ANY purchase prior to the preview and a clear inquiry (from DealDash, on your part) as to the desire to purchase bids or products (from my PayPal account my part).
At the very minimum, I expected to see a (business standard) clear inquiry as to whether or not I was intending to make a purchase from my PayPal account.
Please make an immediate refund of the $72 charge you made to my Paypal account for 600 bids that was initiated when I set up a new Bidder account.
I am confused. Did not expect to purchase bids by merely creating a new account. I thought I would at the very least 1.) be able to check out the available live auctions.
2.) be able to view real time auction activity.
3.) be able to find an auction I was interested in bidding on...
Before I THEN... and NOT UNTIL THAT TIME, was clearly as asked if it was my intention to PURCHASE BIDS using my credit card on file with PayPal.
I get bargain prices on many name brand items. Thank you Deal Dash!

I had a lamp I had won sent to the wrong address in a wrong state!. Deal Dash corrected the problems and made things right with me. Where they could have said not our problem.
I love deal dash. What you see is what u get and theres no second guessing or whsy if its not like what the picture shows or says. Im here to tell u its 200% real. My dad got me hooked on this site and now my 10 year old is hooked as well asking " mommy when can we play on that site where u win things!"

I was skeptic initially to start using DealDash. I never tried any online site like this. After signing up I won a few items quickly so it kept me going. Then for a while I did not have much success. I was not winning hardly anything at all. But as I spent more and more time learning who is who and what strategies they follow, I occasionally won larger ticketed items. Then I learned different strategies and I started applying those. I am not going to lie, in order to win, you either have to have a lot of money or a lot of time; either way, however, it is possible to win big. I would say all the money I spent is probably only 1/3 of the value of items won. I am thrilled with the results. I also have to acknowledge I think very highly of customer service. They have been nothing short of fantastic. Well done!

Deal Dash is so very inviting compared to other bidding sites. Bidding is a blast, especially, if you win. Even if you don't win, you win! You can buy the product you were bidding on and get all the bids back! Use them again on another item your interested in! Fair and Honest for sure. If you have a problem or need to get in touch with the Deal Dash team, they are always there for you, very helpful and patient. A wonderful Company, your treated like family!

I enjoy the website for the most part, although there are a couple things I'm not happy about! It seems there are people on there who's sole purpose is to burn everyone's bids! They spend way more than the item is worth, and the people who really want it are left out. There should be more auctions at one time on a regular basis!

Deal Dash really exceeded my expectations. Evrything that is listed is fair and cheap. I won a couple of items which were otherwise expensive for cheap. I am indeed a happy camper.
