I have been following an auction to get an idea how this works. I have found that sneaky practices are not only allowed, but apparently encouraged. It is considered fair practice to enter in the beginning of an auction, then not bid at all for days, then jump back in when it's down to 2 people. So it's encouraged to not enter much in the way of bids until the very end, then price out the people who have been in it from the start and have a lot of money invested in it and can't afford to drop out when they've put so much in. My observance has shown me this isn't an auction site I would want to participate in.
Frist time on Deal Dash, The ad for Deal Dash was via my TV. Signed up a few days ago. Deal Dash is so easy to use. And the help tips are the best way to understand how it works. The price of items today are at there max. Deal Dash is the best way to overcome large price items.

UNFORTUNATELY DIDN'T UNDERSTAND HOW THINGS WORKED AND MADE BIG MISTAKE. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS RIGHT ON IT AND TOOK CARE OF THINGS IMMEDIATELY.
I have been trying since mid July to have this matter resolved. They told me how to return the very large item, but we threw the carton away, not realizing the item was not all there. My emails finally went unanswered, so I knew this was not going to get resolved by the email people. Thought I would try "live chat" and Thomas was not only helpful, he actually did what I knew was the only solution.

After buying bids I happened to notice that there was another purchase for bids on my account. I sent an email to the company and it was taken care of immediately.
I had accidentally purchased 2 items that I wasn't aware of doing. I sent customer service a note explaing what happen and woukd like a refund. Within minutes I received an email saying I was going to be refunded. It is such a pleasure to just get a refund with out all the sales pitch and not wanting to give you your money. The way this was handled I will defently do business with them

Hey! Sometimes I win and sometime I don't. But it's all fun and figgering out your strategy against fellow bidders is half the fun. The other half is out smarting them and winning! Deal Dash is a blast!
I heard it said that time flies when you're having fun and when I am bidding on DealDash I always wonder where the time went.
My 12 yr old accidentally purchased $72 USD of bids from the website. I emailed their support center immediately and was issued the refund within MINUTES! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I made a mistake and it told me I had placed an order which I was only updating some info. I immediately sent a message to customer service and within 10 minutes they had taken care of my goof up. They get an A plus plus. Most companies have bad customer service today and this is a nice change. Thanks for taking care of this matter.

We don't really encourage late jumping, but it is true that it is a practice that is not against our terms and conditions. Please take into account that bidders who decide to stay silent and jump back at the end of the auction engage in more risk - the auction can end at any time before they are able to jump back. It is a matter of personal preference. When you jump back in the auction, you can conserve bids but you engage in the risk of the auction ending before that.
