I am very dissatisfied with the customer service department with DealDash. On November 13th, I received a message via email that my item that I won was on its way! It also stated that if it did not arrive by November 23rd to contact the customer service department immediately... which I did. I did again on the 25th, 26th, 27th, 28th and 29th. They have yet to return to me regarding my missing item. The short video and their website claims they will reply within 24 to 48 hours. I will never spend money on this company that claims they are honest and fair!

This website is easy enough to win at and a great bidding experience, but what is the point if you NEVER RECEIVE your items. There has been much talk about the dealdash company having to expand, etc... But they should not have people bidding on items that they do not already have and can ship out when the people have won. Waiting over a month for gift cards (WHICH THEY SHOULD ALREADY HAVE IN STOCK) is unacceptable. DO NOT use this site unless you are willing to wait a very long time for the things you win.

I have had a TON of trouble with this site. First, I was getting booted out of auctions, losing the bids that I had purchased. They gave me a whole 200 bids back. They did not count how many bids I had used, or the TIME I wasted trying to win my items. Second, I sent 8 emails to be contacted about the loss of bids (before they sent the 200) and I waited over a week before I filed a complaint with paypal. Then all of a sudden, someone emailed me back with the 200 bids offer. But, when I responded that wasn't enough for what I used, hmmmm... no email back! To top off all that, the gift cards I won and also paid for (the buy it now option) I have not recieved! I have sent emails again, being ignored. I have EIGHT gift cards that I am waiting for and not a one has came. Good thing I didn't plan to use those solely for Christmas and had a plan B. HORRIBLE COMPANY.

Thouht I would try it and if it was a scam, definitely inform my friends and family not to trust the site. To my surprise, Dealdash is actually a good site. The shipping is kind of slow but they actual tell you it may take 2-3 weeks for delivery. First bid package, won 6 prizes worth $375 retail in stores. Got them all for $. 66 cents. Site does have some bugs to fix when auctions are going bids may jump rapidly but overall very pleased with Dealdash. Now working on my second set of bids package now and struggling but it's my bad bidding and not the site scamming me. Have recommended this site to 6 friends and 5 family members and would recommend it to others as well.

I'm relatively new to DealDash, having learned about it from a friend. And while I've not yet won anything, I did make a huge mistake in making a deposit/buying bids on my account. DealDash has customer service that is second-to-none! They handled MY mistake in a very proficient and professional way. Extremely honest and very helpful. Walked me through what is probably a very simple task (I'm so not technically inclined), showed me a great deal of patience and respect and, BEST OF ALL, actually fixed the mistake I made with a bonus in my favor. I couldn't be more pleased. They've earned my business! Thank you DealDash for being the very best!

I'm still waiting for 13 out of 14 items to be delivered (number 14 has an expected delivery date to me of December 6). Some of the items were supposed to be received by me no later than November 19,2012. The rest by November 24,2012. Today is November 26,2012 and I have received nothing. My items are a combination of auctions won and "buy it now" items. They are all giftcards. I was planning on using them to do my black friday and cyber monday christmas shopping. I was not able to do any christmas shopping as planned. I have made several attempts to contact deal dash through the customer service email link provided on their website. I never heard back about any of my inquiries. I find it very strange and shady that there is no customer service telephone number available on their website. I also "liked" their facebook page, and had posted a comment asking why the dealdash website keeps crashing, and instead of replying to my question they deleted my comment and blocked any capability of me posting comments, liking comments and emailing them on their facebook page. I've notice quite often that people have posted comments on their facebook page i. E. the site crashed, I never received my items I paid for, etc. And whaddya know, within five minutes the person's comment is deleted! In one word: UNACCEPTABLE. This better not be a scam! I still want all of my items. Thank GOD I used paypal for all of my purchases and unfortunately had to submit each item that I paid for and have not received through their Resolution center. I sure hope that lights a fire under the customer service butts at deal dash, and I hope they overnight me everything I have paid for asap!

I LOVED finding this site. I didn; t do great in my first bid package but they gave me a second bid package gurantee because they want you to win. (send an email to get your second package if you don't win wiht your first) SO, after getting my second package i won amazon gift cards, a pan and a breadmaker we have been needing. It is not luck, or chance its a skill set. BUT i also got my pan today its totally legit and and a great site!

DealDash.com is a great site!
I was very skeptical at first until I started seeing pictures of people I know on Facebook getting product very cheap. I am glad I done it, I have more than got my moneys worth! The staff is great, responsive and all my stuff was shipped quickly. Anybody that complains about this site simply should have more patience or just stick with coupons at the boring retail stores. I recommend not going after just one product, get in where you fit in:)

I have been participating on dealdash a few days now, and have to admit that I had to "learn" the ropes first. Those questions that were not answered in their FAQ were answered by email through their support team. Anyhow, after catching on and having a plan of what I wanted to come away with in the respect of money and items, I was good to go. I do not like the limit on the small items, as it is pretty easy to get the smaller items, but I guess they are trying to be fair to everyone. I do like the specials they offer with bids, and I'm sure there will be more to look forward to as I remain a dealdasher - thanks dealdash.com!
