I discovered Deal dash this past fall. I kept seeing all of my friends posts on Facebook about the site. So, I checked it out. Wow, am I addicted! I began buying the smallest amount of bids, but the site gives you so many chances to win bids that I don't hardly ever need to buy them. Also, if I lose an auction, I can purchase the item and get ALL of my bids back! You can't go wrong. This site is so much fun and I have received MANY amazing deals!
I have won quite a few items on Dealdash.
I will be buying more bids on Dealdash due to their great customer service and fast delivery times. The new customer support team has supper charged DealDash.

I have been a fan of DealDash for a year. Once I learned the process I was able to win some really nice prizes and gift cards. I have received my wins very quickly and was amazaed when I won a HOP printer for $12.74 and received it in two days! They must have known I really wanted that printer. Their customer service is really great and I am always treated with respect and dignity. This will be my site of choice for a long time to come. Love DealDash.
I love dealdash and the fact you get the opportunity to buy the item you bid on if you don't win and also receive the bids back you put on the item.

While I do enjoy DealDash very much there is some behavior exhibited by some members that is very unsportmanlike and ruins it for everyone! They are the playground bullies and need to be stopped!

I love dealdash. There is a large variety of items always. With free shipping and the buy it now feature, you never lose. I have saved 1000's of dollars on items I would normally buy.
If you watch the auctions, especially the "no jumpers" you will see the same 3 people bid in the EXACT same order over and over again. They are driving the price up on the item is all I can figure out. Go get on all the auctions, even the ones you can't bid on and look. I just checked out 20 auctions and 3 people were bidding over and over in the EXACT same order for long periods of time. AND they don't wait until the last final second to bid, they bid at about 5 seconds to go but they never try to outbid the other one. Just the same order over and over. I asked for a refund on my $33 this morning but because it wasn't my first purchase and my first purchase was in September 2012 they would not refund my money but understood my frustration. Really? Spread the word

I have had a great time on Dealdash in the past few months. I have won several items and received them all. Shipping has been very fast, especially since the first of the year, and the customer service of late has been phenomenal. The representatives are very polite and helpful. I see lots of negative reviews on this site, and I have to say that I, too, went through that November/December crunch, but I remained patient and positive, and Dealdash came through for me. Since the first of the year, they seem to be back on track. Both shipping and customer service have been not only restored, but improved vastly. If you play wisely and do the math, you will have a good experience and return for more. I recommend Dealdash.
I have find Dealdash to be fun, and fair, but most of all, the customer service and support has been excellent. I have experienced a couple of issues and Dealdash resolved them. I have won several items and received them as promised. I would recomend this site to others. My advice play smart and always be aware of your bidding practices.

Dealdash is my first experience with penny auctions. I love the concept and have won some nice items too. Some of the things I have won I was only able to have because I won them for such a low price. I thought there must be a catch but so far everything arrives new in box. I have had several occasions to write to customer service and it is never a cut and paste answer, which I hate. The emails have been personal, and I get specific answers to my questions. I was pretty impressed by that!
In the few months that I have been a customer, I watched DD have a huge growth spurt and being a former business owner myself, I watched the problems that went along with it. To me, they handled it very well, even with ups and downs, and kept me, just a customer, informed! It seems like things are back to normal with fast shipping and emails and I am happy with my experience with this company. I believe in telling people when I have had a good time with a company, because there are so many bad businesses out there. They seem to really work at doing a good job and I am happy with Dealdash.

I had an issue with one of the items I won on DealDash, a 4-Tier Greenhouse, it was missing parts. I submitted to their customer service department the problem, and it took a bit, but Mimi, in their customer service support, stuck with the problem and got it resolved. Had another brand new 4-Tier Greenhouse on my doorstep. THANK YOU MIMI! I know that there were many issues during the holiday season, but DealDash took the initiative to fix the problems, and their new procedures are fantastic. VERY FAST delivery of items. GREAT customer service support, that answers in a timely matter. So I would just like to say thank you to DealDash for caring enough about your customers to make sure that the end result is satisfaction. I have had GREAT results from Matthew in customer support too... very prompt and quick at resolving problems.
