DealDash has proven to be the most reliable, trustworthy, auction site that I have visited. I haven't had a bad experience at all. One product was the incorrect product, however DealDash took care of the problem without hesitation. The second problem was addressed immediately, I was given an option, and the resolution was promptly taken care of. I will continue to use DealDash, and I have recommended the site to many family & friends. Thank you for the wonderful products, and making sure your members are completely satisfied. Keep up the good work.

My overall experience has been positive
February 14, 2014

My overall experience has been positive. However it is getting more and more difficult to get a fair deal on this site due to team bidders. I guess it is not possible to police this effectively.

I really enjoy Dealdash
February 14, 2014

I really enjoy Dealdash. It is a stress reliever for me. But I will say it would be nice to win more often. I only play when bids are 15 or 16 cents. I"ve always been pleased with the products. I was only upset once when the time ran out on BIN for me to get my bids back--almost 1000 bids. I needed one more day! But money was tight that week. OHHHH well

Di8fficult to win auctions with so many players, but GREAT specials (extra fast bids, free or 50% off, 15 cent bids etc). NO HANDLING FEES - much better than other sites, plus items offered are great!

I enjoy the site and the auctions
February 13, 2014

I enjoy the site and the auctions. Bid jumpers cause some problems but most get the hang of the process and bid buddy shortly.

I enjoy the bidding & if you have a problem, it's resolved reasonably fast. I've just noted in the last 3-4 mths., some people have gotten to be ROTTEN players. It seems as if you become a target, & a few "players", gang up on you, until you drop out of the bidding. Yes, I've "stomped" players before. Everyone has, tho it's NOT my habit. I really enjoy, just seeing what's there to BID on & just relax & play. It would be GREAT, if every so often, you put BIDS down to 10 cents. No build up, ect./just had them@ a REAL special price/ see how MANY bidders take notice!

It use to be a much better site, but they are still the best out of all of the penny auction sites. There are so many newbie bidders nowadays that I no longer bother. If you like gambling to gamble, this site is still awesome. If you're looking for deals, they are few and far between. Expect to pay full price by using the buy it now (BIN) option. Keep in mind, the BIN option is an excellent benefit. If you like penny auctions, Deal Dash is the only place I would personally go.

Frustrated at all the money I have lost. I love to play but I also like to win. I haven't won a bid since December 2012. I have bid all hours of the day and night with no luck. Makes one wonder what is going on. I think I won 10 auctions in 2012 and nothing in 2013 and thus far in 2014. All I can say is bummer. Think I need to take a break.

MARCH 17,2014 Update: I have received several communications from Deal Dash reps. Since posting my previous comments. They have been very helpful and generous in helping me to better understand the bidding process on their site. I look forward to using their advice and hopefully winning future bids.
Thanks. JESSICA, Deal Dash Rep. For your help.
Kindest Regards,

Deal Dash is just fine
February 13, 2014

Deal Dash is just fine. We all know how they make money and it's O. K. Number one rule: Don't bet on anything that you are not willing to buy.
What I don't understand is some of the gamers. To pay 49.75 for a $50.00 gift card, what has gotten into the player? Maybe he doesn't have to pay for his bids. :))

One more point: The issues I had were all promptly solved by your staff.

Too much delay between submission of a bid and when it registers. Also, BidBuddy would be more interesting if the bids were randomly submitted. If they are going to be at the "last second", they should in fact be at the last instant so as to NOT allow a "jumper" to come in immediately after the bid causing the bidbuddy bidder to lose the lapsed time.

I have enjoyed the times that the bid clock has been double or 3 times per bet and getting more bets to use then for the next auction.

Im on daily or more depending on finding a item to bid on. If I don't find one I look often until I do.

Don't get caught up with those that bid every time some one else does. You don't get your time for free bids then and waste bids. Let it go and get back in the game when that person drops out. They always do.

Use Bid Buddy and you don't have to worry about some one dropping out and only 1 other person using BB beside you. You can keep trying to win then and not loose out.

Thanks DD for the good customer service. Thanks for the fun times when you make some changes in the game. It keeps it interesting for those of us who are around a lot

The customer service is great but this site definitely needs more work they should take a look at beezid and see how they have their site because it would stop people from slamming bids if Deal dash does what Beezid does!

I am absolutely disgusted by this site and will NEVER use it again. It's nearly impossible to win an auction. I've spent $700 and have $300 in gift cards that I had to pay FULL price for in order to keep from losing even more money. DISGUSTED! It's a complete and total crock and only stays in business because people get addicted to the chance of winning. It's worse than gambling and should be ILLEGAL!

Those who I talked with were very helpful. It's a great place to win a lot of different items. I won a Keurig Vue. It was valued at $180. I got it for $66.
I would recommend this site to everyone.

Long time purveyor of penny auctions and have tried most but none compare to DealDash. The best deals, best price on bids, the most innovative, the most auctions, the greatest quality of items and the best and easiest chance to win no matter if you are a newbie or seasoned veteran. If you are just starting out don't rush sit back and watch and learn. Get an idea and feel for the pace of different auctions, learn what items seem to go for and when is the best time of day or night to bid Play fair, be polite treat your fellow bidders with respect and the favor will be returned. Having said all that and lived and played by those rules my experience with DealDash whether it was with other bidders or the DealDash customer service reps has always been positive and constructive. Enjoy!.
