WARNING: This is not a company, this site is ran by 1 person who steals other company web scripts and hosts them illegally and or sells the copyrighted web script files to people as their own work. Today we here at Camscripts.com contacted several people in regards to this, we have filed a complaint with the Att General in our area and we are also required to go to our local FBI building to file against this person for violating copyright laws. We have one of the many stolen web scripts they sell in our hands and it is ours, we own the copyright and they do not. They were even stupid enough to copy the text from our website and paste it directly onto their front page, this is the main thing that screwed them. So according to our local FBI this should all be over soon. They would of course be made to pay restitution so if you didn't get your money back from this company you should keep up to date with this thread or us at camscripts.com because we do intend to file criminal charges as well as seek restitution from this person as well as any littler helpers they may have. So in short, you are getting ready to have one hell of a run in with the court system. I see no reason at this point to tell anybody to stay away from this company, I think at this point it is more than clear that this is not a company but rather a common thief. We are just hoping they were stupid enough to copyright our already copyrighted script as that would tack more prison time on in a big way, I have to say it is a good feeling to finally catch this jerkoff.

After paying for a "Enterprise" subscription, waiting for 7 days, having been hung up on, having been lied to, having been told that it would be finished customization in a day or two having Gordon hang up the phone on me because I wanted to speak to a manager. The only thing these guys seem to know how to do is to charge your credit card immediately. I can not state how upset I am with this group. They have not done one thing they said they would. It is the closest thing to fraud as I have ever seen. I would not trust any of them. I will say that if they actually do get my site up and if by chance its how I speced it my opinion might change but at this point. Run, don't walk from this group.

I wish i have read this before i did buy the simple crappy script that they sell... that you can find better crap then that given for free online... also when you buy the php script it doesn't come with a self install, it is only a crappy script that for you to have articles or either edit the contact page or anything like it... you will need to code. Duh! In now a days... there's way better then that little crap they sent me for 100 dls. Plus they are advertising something for 99 dls and charge you 100 dls. SCAM. Also once you try to get your refund, they will tell you... but you got everything that is over on the our page, what they forget to mention is that when you purchase a script the way their pages is written it gives the impression that you will also get the installer and all the auto edit... wrong you get a basic script only... no installer, no click and edit text, no edit front page pictures or anything like it... then when your money back, then they will let you know... Oh... sorry... that was your mistake... because that one is the service that you pay with our server it is your fault and not ours that you buy the wrong one... hum? Well if it is a builder... normally in my way of thinking is a self install and easy to use where you don't need to code... but they say... no the builder is only for people that pay for their server plus have their monthly subscription... so... what now? Am i going to stay with something that i don't need and cost not 99 but 100 (even on that was a mislead) and they say we can't refund...? Mislead people to believe that they are selling one thing and in fact sell you crap! Scam Artists!

This was a dream for me ( to have a dating website) and they dowsed it out with negligence. Incompetency. Taking more money from me each month than they should, and fraud. THEY TOLD ME THE 1000 PROFILES WORKED, THEN I READ SOME SMALL PRINT THAT STATED THEY DIDN'T WORK!? THEN THEY SAID THEY WORKED UGH, SO I TRIED TO COMMUNICATE WITH AT LEAST 100 MEMBERS AND NO RESPONSE AND THEY WERE SUPPOSEDLY "ONLINE." WHEN I ASKED ABOUT THE SEARCH CRITERIA BECAUSE THAT DIDN'T WORK AT ALL EITHER, THEY SAID SOMETHING LIKE A 6 YEAR OLD WOULD SAY, NO OFFENSE TO 6 YEAR OLDS. THE SUBSCRIBE EMAIL BOX IS A FAKE TOO. I PUT MY EMAIL IN IT AND NEVER RECEIVED AN EMAIL! THEY ALSO SAID THAT IF I WANTED MORE PROFILES I'D HAVE TO PAY $100.00 FOR THEM, WHEN I ASKED IF THEY WOULD WORK, I GOT NO RESPONSE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE. THEY SIMPLY SAY WRITE A TICKET EVEN THOUGH YOU HAVE TIME AND TIME AGAIN. THIS IS THE DEFINITION OF FRAUD. THEY NEED TO SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY!

After looking at the templates and features, I thought this would be perfect for what I wanted to create, and I had plans to buy more for other sites I am setting up but after about 5 days I have started to notice issues with the downtime which people have complained about, the llivehelp doesn't seem to work now. Is it me they are blocking to prevent assistance or is it an issue with their site. Will attempt again.

When the servers came back on-line, my admin and every other user I created has dissapeared and I can no longer log in. I deselected the option to integrate my users with their database of users so maybe when their server crashed, the option I selected has lost the data?

I don't know for sure, emailed gordon@ sales re the downtime and he said to use the on-line livehelp. I have just emaied him again this issue and will wait for a reply.

Personally, it is very expensive, as if u hosted these sort of files on your own server, would save you probably 11 of the 12 monthly charges u incur based on just their basic package.

But I can't see any other cheaper options to provide me with the templates with these sort of features to host on my own server and part of me wishes I now did.

I got no control over their downtime, and no control over my member list being messed up and I am now considering contacting paypal for a refund.

But tbh, I just wish I wasn't experiencing these issues with them as I found their template read easy to customise and think I done a good job on it so far.

But right now, I just feel like I have waisted days by going down this route.

Can anyone provide any better alternatives? Or can my issues get resolved?

Just signed up for the Small Biz. The setup of dating software seems to be easy. Still learning to use the control panel. Got some help from support using help desk and online live chat. Response is quite prompt. Tried to call the toll free and my account manager answered. Could not get immediate resolution but the request sent to support team and resolved in hours later. Overall good company to work with.

This site is a scam! The templates that they sell are not what they say they are. The one I purchased is a complete waste. The references on their site are not all real references. I paid to have additional changes made and was told over and over that they were being done, but never were made. When asking for my money back they told me know. The customer support # on their site is for a medical company of some sort for people over 65

Yes, it has bugs. But I have now tried 5 different companies for my site, including building my own. Yahoo merchant (lots of programming expenses to get it to do what I wanted), socialgo (not as flexible, no adult content), chameleon (scam), ning (stupid), and this. I have went back and forth with the customer service on things. They have been responsive and fixed them, albeit slowly. For the price it is they best thing thus far I have found.

I don't know what to do. I have read the horriable things about datinsitebuilder about the features not working even though I paid for them. I still cannot find my web site online even though they told me it's up a running correctly and I have to agree with most people, the support sucks! I was at my computer for 4 hours on day just trying to get support to aswer one question and it has been two weeks later and my issue is not resolved. I wish I would have never signed up with these people.

Recently I signed up with http://www.datingsitebuilder.com web hosting but the service was horrible. I signed up to start a dating site but could not because some of the features simply did not work. So far I have been signed with the service since the beginning of August. By mid August I had to ask for a refund if the many problems of NON-WORKING features did not get fixed. By the end of August 09 the hosting service did not fix the problems. So far I heard of atleast 16 other people currently on Facebook that had problems with datingsitebuilder and cut-off their services due non-working features. So I had to fight for my refund of $120 back which I finnaly got after a couple of weeks of cancelling their services. Anyway, signing up with Datingsitebuilder.com was just a waist of time! What A Waist! They should at least try to fix up their system to offer something decent to people. There are many other people that had problems with datingsitebuilder.com Many of the people that had problems with them can be found on facebook. I am not the only one that had problems with them.
