There are a lot of false women on this website that say that they don't want to chat by e-mail. They are doing this because they want you to pay money for credits that are needed for chatting. Liers and cheaters! As all this world full of lies.

Ive been trying to cancel my membership! Contact customer service by mail, phone, whatsapp, Facebook messenger and still no answer! I was not happy with the app so I want the suscription cancelled right away!

Honestly I don't recommend this place. It is super expensive and I still gave it a chance I initially planned stay for some months and then move conversation outside. Members said only dating.com. I asked dating.com they said I needed to give them time. I did I stayed for 1 year. And when I tried moving conversation outside members told me they can't talk outside unless I have paid for a minimum of 3 or more years. Another member also told me when the time came and we actually met I would still need to pay Dating.com to chat with him.

So honestly don't do it. MAYHE NOT MEMBERS ARE FAKE BUT I HONESTLY THINK THEY ALL WORK FOR DATING.COM

And don't try customer support because the only answer you will receive is a copy paste message

ALL EMAILS OF CUSTOMER SUPPORT ARE THE SAME

And also don't try to contact customer support on whatsapp or Facebook or any other option ( they never answer)

Last month, I joined dating.com and instantly started chatting with a very beautiful girl. She immediately put me on her app when she found me—I'll admit it! I've been using this site for about a year now and it's been a lot of fun. I've had a few dates and I really enjoy it. There are a lot of women on this site.

Awful unacceptable service. I have been overcharged more than once by the site. The fraud investigation was initiated by my bank, site did not cooperate to request of investigation, reconciliation of the invoices. They just refused to present the invoices reflecting corresponding purchase of credits. Customer service is never there to respond.
Profiles are fake. Unacceptable

The people that contact me were all "popular member" that you had to pay to contact them.
- monthly fee
- fee per message/ image that i send out.
I paid the monthly plan and used the app for 2 days. Moreover, i contacted with 1 person by purchasing another $100 for 150 messages. That was not a thing that i awared of.
Then i had to immediately contact support by whatsapp and email but no reply.
I wanted to ask for a refund as all the legal and ethical websites do.
Then i researched for this issue, then immediately decided to cancel my subscription on apple play store.
All websites do guarantee on customer satisfaction. Does dating.com do that?
If yes, please refund because i am not satisfied with your service. Thanks!

I signed up for this site- Stupid me! Is draining your money - pay for chats, emails and all the profiles are fakes. Since the members are 24/7 active/online I believe they are just customer service of the dating.com sending messages. I received the same email from two different members. Do not open their emails, will charge you 10 credits for a scripted email. Everything is a fake I want my refund and I will report to BBB. Big scam!

What I don't get in this dating.com not one of the unpopular members are active only the popular one are active 24/7. They do it so you can only talk to popular members and none of them willing to chat somewhere else all of them have one word "that's rushing things" they just want you to keep buying credit while not one of the people you don't have to pay to talk to them are responsive it's like they just photocopy to make it seem this is legit when it's not. Like they pay them to just open a profile and never active.

I would get 20 credits for $35:99 and its gone in one email. Very frustrating when you have alot of messages you cant reply to. Not good

I met several people in my town who are on dating.com

I had been speaking to a 'popular' member for over a year and recently accidently found out his photos were fake - not of him at all! I was gutted to have been deceived, When I cancelled my membership I was asked why and I told them, sent them links to the real persons instagram and the fake members profile and he is still there. Some of my friends are still getting the auto emails saying he is interested in them. So Dating.com and Datemy age are still actively encouraging paying members to message (at huge cost) a popular member whith a fake profile!

Women, regular women using dating.com – be very careful and check the men you chat with. There are several fake profiles.
If he denies to make a video call with you, needs days to make a photo or video for you, rejects any other way of communication and insists to contact you only on that site – this should be a big alarm for you. This profiles bellow are fake. I don't know if and if yes - how the real persons are involved, but you should know that you are not talking with the men on the pictures. Some examples:
Lars, 46 from Oslo on Dating is Ukrainian actor and model Rey Eremey.
Oscar, 46 from Los Angeles is Russian model and actor Dmitry Koshelev.
Dean, 49 from Berlin is Russian model Dimentij Romashov.
And my advice: When you chat with a "Popular member" copy his picture and check it with Google images or review sites with Russian, Ukrainian, other country or global models. You will find many surprises.
