My profile was supposed to be deleted a months ago and its still up because they want people responding - money for them. This site is not user friendly nor is it customer friendly - it is the WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. They do not respond to messages - they are BULLIES. A complete rip off. Using my profile even though I have deleted it over and over trying to get it taken down. As a favourite I get many emails and messages and this is why they have kept it up for their gain. It is so expensive and they charge for everything even though you have its subscription and pay for membership. Reading email is 10 credits and it is funny that everyone sends you an email instead of sending a message which is cheaper than email. I think this is a big scam just to take your money. Most profiles look fake to me. I deleted all my images and information but still got many romantic emails. I asked for the deletion of my account and a refund but they just deleted my account and had no refund. I had 101 credits when my account was deleted. Another important thing is there is no way to change/update or even delete your payment method. I do not recommend this website. Do not trust it.

Thanksgod I found Sitejabber and all the reviews about Dating.com. I decided to look for reviews before paying. It was very suspicious about all the men with Premium accounts that were writing to me. All of them handsome, wealthy, romantic. Well, I'm not 15 y. O. anymore neither desperate, I knew they were fake. The messages I received were nonsense, cheesy, American guys writing bad English (I'm not native and I notice when someone else is not by the way they write) and all of them seem to be created by the same person. Reading here about the high costs of sending and receiving messages and all the services they offer made me write to Dating.com support to request to delete my account. Because if you suscribe using your Google account it is impossible to delete it through the website - they ask you for a password that does not exist! That was 2 days ago and there's no answer. Live Support does not work, you can't write to them through the website. I can't even delete my photos, only leave them there as "private", because there's no way to delete them. I demand now that my account is deleted immediately and you do not use my photos for anything because you sell your services using fake profiles. And please, Dating. Com: don't tell me that you got better offers for me, I'm not interested. Using fake accounts to make people pay for your services is a scam. I can't imagine how many people is now having emotional problems, desperate for love and you take advantage of them.

I noticed that the writing style of the messages is coincidentally similar to each other. They are also too articulate, which is consistent with pre-empted motives, like they've been scripted to maximise opportunities for replies, and therefore money garnering. I'd requested to have my profile deleted and apparently their 24/7 support is struggling to do that, and the robots keep messaging. So they don't read your profile at all as I wrote on mine that the site is a scam and want my profile deleted. I also couldn't delete my pics as I wished, which is something I'm furious about.
