This is my second review. The first was super-critical of this site, but I decided to revisit the matter, to be fair. I am now convinced that this site is indeed a RACKET, albeit a pretty clever one! Save your money, and your heart, GO ELSEWHERE!

I have been using the Dating.com website for a long time. Feeling frustrated about member and site scam. Maybe you think why I don't delete or use the site anymore, because when you were cheated but you didn't know at first, after losing so much money, I searched for evidence, proved the members Fake. I search from Baidu, Weibo, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, TikTok. From many things. Beauty, blogger, model, celebrity, viral, singer, actor and then I find information, pictures, profiles of real people, Fake members on the site using other people's pictures to make their own content and profiles, fake age, fake information, fake pictures, and even GAY. I reported many, many, many times, I sent Support Dating what I found, many times like that, and they also agreed that the members of the site were Fake. Then they don't pay me but they give me Credit and forced to continue using the scam site. I still have to keep using, I still meet Fake - Edward 47-Li Yong from Shenzhen China is a jewelry designer. But then I found his information, real name is Yuminghuang, English name is Morris Huang from Taipe Taiwan and a surgeon. I sent Support dating hundreds of pictures of Yuminghuang, information about him, a lot, but the Dating website still insists that Edward is not a scam, I asked them to give proof that he is real, but they don't do it, they give me 219 credits, I disagree, because I spent thousands of credits talking to Edward Fake, why did I only get 219 credits, they said its a nice gesture from you surname. The Dating site covers scammers. They are irresponsible and unreasonable. Their 20 years experience to contain Fake members to go scam others. I have a lot of information, pictures from Fake Members of the site. They all use other people's pictures. If you meet someone and they give you information, email, or WeChat…or something, please review because there are a lot of scam members asking you to play virtual money, or send you gifts but ask you to paid. All Fake members at the site are scams. Ask the Dating site to return what I spent, exactly what I gave to Edward Fake.

Hello, I'd like a refund and my membership cancelled please. This site is expensive and I don't want to use it since all the profiles that sent me messages are fake. I've also noticed my credits going down when I don't even send messages so I'm not sure what that's about but I've reached out to customer service on both WhatsApp and fb messenger so I can get a refund or some explanation but no response. This was my last straw. I did my membership on "1/10" if that helps.

Its crazy and unbelievably EXPENSIVE.
Sending a photo or an E-Mail costed 10 dollars, you are not allowed to switch contacts even you paid for the service. I wonder how could those hot guys or hot girls having so much money to burn on this Website? The only possibility is, those are fake models which were hired by dating.com to attract new members so that they get more payments. Otherwise, please give me a decent reason, why?

I bought coins on 23-12-2021 for 113 euros, but after 10 minutes I already realized that something had gone wrong! So I contacted customer support about that and was first told to be patient and within a few hours it will be resolved
Contacted them again a day later because I didn't have the coins yet! And I was just told I never paid! What I did have was the money debited from my bank account, even the proof was sent to them of the payment order! And yet I was still told my money had not arrived. And I insist I now want my money back! I don't care how you do it I have proof that I paid! And I was even told I was stupid! And did not understand that I had never paid! And I was told that the bank was holding my money. So I contacted my bank about this. And was told it was just paid! And I also had almost daily contact with dating.com and every time they came I had to wait and my money will come back on its own. Then finally on 03-01-2022 I got an email with sorry and 30 coins more than what I bought! But I didn't want those 30 coins anymore, I just want my money back! How I've stated so many times! I was told I just had to refund the money. So in the meantime I contacted the bank again to book the money back. And I was told that's not possible!
And I also sent them that chat conversation from the bank that they couldn't refund the money. And that they had to book the money back. And only after sending that chat conversation 3 times and being told on 07-01-2022 that they needed my bank details.
So I immediately forwarded everything neatly less than an hour later when I was told that. So I contacted them again on 08-01-2022. And I was told they transferred the money to me But now it turns out they still haven't transferred anything!
Wand then I would have received it today on my bank account. Because dating.com is located in malta and that is still the European Union, a payment is arranged within 24 hours! So they just tell lies and cheat all together!
And they can only blame 2 things and you have to wait! And I'm not even talking about what happens on the page!

Either dating.con it's a scam and they do a lot of money themselves or they are partner in crime with their users. It an abuse the unreal /false profiles, I agree with what other users here say. You invest money and more money with people not willing to leave the app, some of them won't even video chat! And this app charges you for every message, unlike others that's a membership or a fee, limited number of profiles but unlimited chats for example. Not here…. I've spent too much money, I kept putting credits with hope of the app and their persons being real, but honestly not worth it.

They will send you letters saying they want to marry you even if you have pictures with messages to someone else or not a description.

I would love their team to assure its real people, not false decertifying they want to help; they just want to earn money and have a profitable business. Honestly disappointing you allow that much false profiles! If you are considering to join the app; don't do it, unless you want to pay hundreds of usd for one hour conversation with either a bot, or someone that's not the same than their pictures as they won't show themselves in video chat

There's karma, so people working on dating you should know you are abusing or helping other abuse and take money of naive people as the ones here that thing they may get a real shot by investing some money; just to find at least 80% of the profiles are fake.

Be aware of the price for each action if you are considering to enter this app. Yes Dating. Com team I know you say it's to support all departments, but you should then have a department to prevent false profiles!

I request a refund after I purchased because I think some of the guys that messaged me are bots. Their messages are the same and now that I have to screenshot the proof their profile disappeared suddenly. Ughh if you read "your smile like sunshine, your warmth like hot Latte" and other flowery words, please dont. Different user same message. The customer support aren't even working.

I'm extremely intrigued by the authenticity of the administrator of dating.com. He isn't utilizing the phony profiles or any product framework to give answer. Each profile in the site is genuine.

This app is getting on the last of my nerve. Keep on buying credits and I don't even see how it finished. Look at their credit section stating you use one credit for messaging and I only send three and it finished I don't send emoji or look at pictures or videos. Someone is asking me about this app and I don't want to say anything bad about the app but how can I even give a comment when my experience is not great

I have just signed up for this site and found that you can't read messages unless you pay for it so I purchased a months full subscription $30 NZD only to find my membership does not give me access to messages. I still have to spend money on credits 20 cents per message. Now we all know that if your messaging someone you can send a lot of messages especially if you like them. It can end up a costly exchange on your part. Now I'm thinking that the site is collecting 40 cents each transaction or message exchange. That's a lot of money at the end of the day so that tells me they are more concerned about making money than getting people together. Not only that the site is full of scammers. You would think that if your paying for membership as well as paying an arm and a leg to read messages they would protect you from scammers but they don't. Not even authenticating who you are. So not only are you paying for membership which doesn't get you anything you have to also pay extra for the privilege of someone trying to scam you. I can only think that the site is a scam. Not happy and no way will I pay another months subscription. In fact I would prefer to get a refund as my $30 don't get me anything. It's all a big have.

https://adultfriendfinder.com has a lot of fake profiles that will ask you for bitcoins, googlepay, and even your pictures then after they vanished and closed their accounts. This website went to trash. Do not waste your money like me with this dam flickering website with a lot of fake profiles and domes females.

I know that there are some free dating websites as well but i know that they are fake and scammers but dating.com is real online dating social media platform that has real profiles and you have a chance to meet your partner in real life as well.

Strange set up with new users getting inundated with messages and emails from free users., presume the job of the free user is to talk to paying members to get them to buy more and more credits. Popular/free users never give any personal information so don't think a relationship with them is ever possible - but I could be wrong? Seems a bit shady

These websites don't have "PARTNERS" they are all owned from one company, see th3e corporate address, Look at the Website user agreement.
If you look at the RAW MESSAGE, look at the ISP origins, if they are so legit, why do they use 50 different ISP, this means they could be from NIGERIA, PAKISTAN, CHINA and other NO LAWS AGAINST FINANCIAL CRIMES". Is it possible they could cut & paste "PROFILES" with different alternatives. Their are hidden operators, who will keep you chatting which costs you C$2.50 per response, While a third world country operator get about $0.25 US$. You will never get t5hem to meet outside the website and the operator can never answer a querstion about your city that cannot be Google? Use common Sense not your money and Disappointment

I know that there are many other dating websites but honestly, none of them are offering that much quality and pleasure, which dating.com is offering. The site has got real people in it that are always ready to talk and spare sometime from their life.
