Actually, terrific product for a great price. I do a lot of walking around, often in the forest and such, and never at the drivers seat of a car to charge devices. These Mophie chargers are a perfect size and work very well.

Twice I place an order off their website and twice - after showing that it was shipped, they notified me that they could not fulfill the order because it was sold out.
Ordered a rose gold iphone 6s, got a broken iphone 6 in gray. Now they are unresponsive to my emails, initiated a charge back through my bank.

I have bought a Note 5 Refurbished but after that I found out that the phone is a pice of crap:
1. It's a Sprint branded phone and doesn't work in Europe even if thay say that is unlocked.
2. The stylos is stuck inside the phone
3. The battery drains really fast and from 30% goes to 0 in seconds
4. Lack of customer support
I see 2 solutions:
Give my money back or send me another phone and support the shipping cost for returning to you from Europe if you want the phone back
I order a phone on Jan 31,2018... I sent an email to support yesterday telling them that AT&T could not get the phone to work. I got an email back stating that they don't refund after 30 days... well let's see. January 31 - February 20... The stupid TWITS need to learn how to count... NEVER BUY FROM THIS SITE!
The worst mistake i could of made was making a purchase thru this website. I ordered on Jan 19th 2018 what i believed to be a great deal 4 pairs of joggers for $30.00 which was reffered by Brads Deals. Like everyone else on here only recived 3 pairs. What happened to the other pair? No one knows ive been back and forth woth emails and still nothing. No customer service number either to actually be able to speak to a human being. Just SHADY! I ordered a GPS and was charged 02/09/2018 and promised a tracking number. When I contact them I get a machine reply, I asked them to call me and gave them my number. NO CALL what a surprise. I think I should have ordered from eBay!

I placed an order on 12/4. The money was deducted from my account on 12/7. Guess what? No package, no info on the website. It's telling me that my order number doesn't exist! I contacted customer support via email, and "they'll get back to me soon". They will hear from me daily...

I was informed my item shipped and they gave me a tracking number. The tracking link never showed it as actually being accepted by the USPS. That was over a month ago. Despite 9 ticket replies "Brandon" keeps auto replying "We are working on a resolution for you right away. Please be attentive to an email update." -- They never respond with anything else or update anything for that matter. I've contacted Paypal to cancel this order. "Daily Steals" is the perfect name for this company.

I saw that customer service reps are responding to people's reviews but I want to emphasize that they are not actually following up with customers--I think they're just writing responses to make it LOOK like they're being responsive. I still have no information about my package and it never arrived to me.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. AND DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS. Their business model is clearly betting on people not following up so that they can keep their money.

I ordered 2 items recently and the item never showed up. I contacted their customer support email and Brandon just pastes generic language to me about how I need to contact the shipping company to follow up. The problem is that their email receipt says its shipping UPS but the tracker link redirects to USPS... and when Brandon told me to follow up, he sent me a FedEx link. Somethings not right here. I cant seem to get any substantive information about my purchase or anyone to help me get my item. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.
