Their apple products are outdated and apple don't offer support for them. They don't offer security because they are outdated which could put you at risk if you are doing more than letting your kids watch YouTube downloads. If there are issues with the purchases customer service does not follow through nor offer a good customer experience. Buy elsewhere that gives you a quality product and customer service.
Purchased a gold chain on Dailysale as a gift. It broke the first time it was used. Daily sale refused a refund or exchange.
Buyer beware. I ordered a Figaro chain and they sent me a rope instead. When I contacted them, they told me that they would provide a return label, but that they would charge me for the return label if I wanted a refund. Won't be shopping on their site again!
I bought a Dyson hairdryer, didn't work. They took the $49 protection fee then just to return it there's a $39 handling fee. I paid $250 for it. I was elated, now I'm deflated.
Over a week and still nothing done about a ipad I bought. I was sold a 5 yr old iPad. You can't even add apps to it. This was for my Autistic son and I can't give it to him bc he would have a huge meltdown trying add apps he isn't able to. I have email these people everyday. They sent me my number to use for returning and it says not returnable and for 5 days they have been asking their "people" about this. I feel like I was scammed. I am beyond upset bc I am now out of that money. It was my first and last time buying anything from them. They say they are all about the customer well that's a lie bc this would have been taken care of faster than this. I want someone to do the right thing and either give me an ipad I can actually add an app to or refund me money I can buy from someone else. At this moment it isn't useful just a paperweight at this point.
Ordered a refurbished Apple Watch and read reviews after issues came up. My watch never arrived but by the looks of it, that's probably a good thing as other refurbished purchases have arrived for other customers non-working or severely damaged. Customer service is non-existent, I have been battling for nearly a month for a refund for a watch I requested to cancel within 24 hours but never even arrived, there is no phone number, and "Miguel" keeps telling me to file a claim with USPS even though I tried and USPS told me that because DailySale never bought shipping insurance, I have no options with them. So I have no watch and my money is in limbo and "Miguel" only answers once every few days if I'm lucky. Thankfully I ordered to pay through Affirm and have been able to dispute the charge with them (although their service is just as awesome as DailySale so far). I'm pretty sure DailySale is a scam. If you're here, I think you already have that feeling as well. Steer clear. It looks like most of their 5-star reviews on most review sites are planted/bought.

I bought a cell phone, they charged my credit card and Its been over 11 days and never shipped and still no product.; UPS Tracking number says ready for pick-up but try again tomorrow. Don't waste your money.

I placed an order for a skid of amazon returns. I received a tracking number, it was delivered to Quebec, I live in Ontario. After the tracking number I had was reported delivered, I called Canada post who informed me the tracking number was delivered to the right address and that I was most likely given the wrong tracking number. I've emailed support multiple times, to multiple email addresses and wasn't deliverable.
I have received some emails from a zendesk support person but they keep wanting more information from me, giving more wrong links to packages delivered to the wrong country. My bank account shows the charge to a DeJan Durdic. With no phone number or email address to get into contact with.
On 7/11/21, I purchased from Daily Sale Inc. a refurbished Apple MacBook Pro MD101LL/A CoreI5-8 GB RAM and 500 GB Hard Drive. I spent $479.11, which included 2 yr protection coverage with Clyde Insurance.
Instead, I received 7/15/21 the product with only 4 GB RAM.
The business requested that I return the item, giving me only a $104.90 refund or $114.90 in exchange. In addition, I had to pay all s & h costs. Needless to say, I did not do this and asked them again to send me the item I originally ordered, which was the 8 GB machine w/o any additional cost since I already paid for it. They, in turn, informed me they did not carry the 8 GB machine I originally ordered and what they clearly advertised and only had the 4 GB machine available. You will agree; this is definitely false advertising on their part. The company clearly refused to provide me with a full refund, even during the 30-day refund/exchange period. Bottom line, I will never do business with this company again and highly advise all of you reading this to avoid buying anything from Daily Sale Inc at all costs. This company is a sham and is fraudulent. They need to be shut down at once.
Please DO NOT order from them. I have sent them my return back and I am catching hell trying to get a credit. If you want the money back they take money from you. Make absolutely sure you want it because they will try their best not to refund your money. Not only that when you try to chat they will send you the same response as if they are not reading what you wrote. I will not order from them again. I will be writing the Better Business Bureau after this. I wish I could give it a ZERO
I understand these watches were refurbished, but they were seriously damaged apple watches! One had water damage and the others had their screens scratched to the point that it was difficult to see the watch face! I contacted customer service twice and they told me that there was nothing they could do! Beware of getting taken advantage of with the purchase protection. It is non-refundable and in addition to this fee they charge a handling fee when you return an item! In my case I lost $69.98 for the Purchase Protection and an additional $23.92 for the handling fee! I will never shop here again!
I bought an apple watch series 3 for my wife as a gift and when it came in, it was great. I purchased it at the very end of March, and gave it to her in the beginning of April. It worked until the middle of June then wouldn't turn on or charge. When I reached out, after a few back and forth a, they told me I was out of luck since it was outside the 30 day window. I am shocked they would not stand behind their products more than this. For an item like this to stop functioning so soon after purchase is unacceptable. I am very disappointed in dailysale, and will not ever purchase from them again because of this horrible customer service. I wish I could give them less than 1 star.
I see similar comments as mine which makes me feel better as thought it was just me. Their customer service is atrocious and you can only do it online. They will have you in a tailspin. I only wanted ane exchange but after so much trouble I wanted a return. And, I couldn't initiate that because the computer screens wouldn't let me. I have now called my credit company and initiated a stop payment. I will never go back to their site again.
Well first off I ordered the wrong item by mistake only to find no options to cancel the order I then message them saying I'd like to cancel and they said they would blah blah do something or something we'll I get an email saying (days later) saying my order was shipped. Okay whatever but I paid 40 dollars for 3 day shipping. Tell me why its not even mailed until the third day and weekend. So that's five days they didn't even ship the order and it's not even supposed to arrive on the 14. I placed the order on the 4th. They said since it's already been shipped I can't have my money back then blamed COVID. COVIDs over quit using your laziness and poor customer service as COVID. The customer service is some the worst I've ever experienced. Don't buy from daily sale unless you're willing to pay extra for nothing! STAY AWAY FROM DAILY SALE. SCAM OF A COMPANY
Received this watch for my wifes birthday when she opened it she noticed the screen was already cracked. Contacted dailysale and they would not exchange the watch for a new one. Not to mention they repair the watches with off brand low quality replacement parts. Never buying anything from this site again.
They sent me the wrong item (that didn't even work) then charged me to send it back buy at your own risk!
I purchased a refurbished laptop and when it arrived it was scratched and case broken. They then charged me a$20 handling fee to send back although they sent me a broken product. Despite contacting them they simply said we are still going to charge you.
Ordered and received a product that was not the same brand as advertised (I know from previous purchases from the manufacturer). Initiated a return, printed the return label, resealed original package and walked the 6 Lb box 5 blocks to the post office. They wouldn't accept the return because the label was only for up to 6 Oz Chatting with customer service said they could NOT provide me with a shipping label and that I would have to pay for shipping myself (no problem if that's what they had told me from the beginning) and to read the return policy (which I did and there was no mention of not being able to provide a shipping label for the box).
As an expert on these types of products, I know what I'm talking about.
I'm not the kind of person who leaves these kinds of reviews but I felt this one was worthy of doing so. I ordered an IPad and after reading reviews it stated that the iOS software is old on this iPad therefore, you are not able to download popular apps for instance Netflix, YouTube etc. Therefore, after purchasing (the same day I put my order in) I decided to email them and ask them to cancel my order because on their website you cannot cancel your own orders. I get no response and 5 days later they ship my item. Then they send me an email stating that their "system indicates that the order had already been shipped and we were unable to cancel it anymore". So I said to myself that's fine I'll just return it back when I receive it. Well as I'm printing my return label online they charge $16.25 for shipping label so they keep $16.25 of what I paid for the iPad. Now I'm upset and send them an email expressing my concern on how they did not get back to me about canceling my order therefore I shouldn't be held responsible for paying the $16.26. Well they do nothing to help. Told me I have no option, that if I return it they keep $16.25. They do not care about their customers and wouldn't recommend buying from them. They sell old refurbished products that don't operate to its full potential. Make sure you read their policy as well because it states that if you return your items and it gets lost in the mail, they are not liable and you will not get your refund.
I have nothing but good reviews for Dailysale. Quality products, good selection, great prices, excellent customer service and support, really fast delivery, and courteous staff. I will definitely continue to do business with them for future purchases. No doubt..
