I ordered some items from Daily Chemist believing they were a reputable company. They accepted the order then send a so called dispatch email followed by sorry your order is cancelled we havnt taken any money. They take the money despite knowing they won't be sending any items, I tried calling on hold for 75 mins no one speaks to you. I emailed them several times trying to get my money back after several different excuses I finally got my money back after informing them that taking my money was fraud. Be very careful using this company I wish I'd of read the reviews first I would never have used them. They still show on their website that the item I wanted is in stock. Be aware!

The positive reviews are clearly faked (look at the wording). People order things (including me) and then they either cancel the order (but they still take the money and do not respond when you try to contact them) or the goods just do not arrive (and they make excuses). I do hope they are caught and punished.

This business is a scam. Paid for meds and shipping and never received anything. They said that they have problem with international shipping. Asked for refund but never received it. Its been almost tree monts now me trying to deal with them. DONT BUY

Daily Chemist are advertising "Selsun Shampoo" as 'In stock'.
When I ordered Selsun and paid up front, I received 3 emails back explaining that they were out of stock, even though their email continues to this day to quote for Selsun "in stock".

Nothing you order on this site is confidential they will definitely not keep your prescription private as I ordered viagra thinking it. Would be only discussed with me but the wife answered a. Call. On the phone and the women told her she needed to talk about the Viagra I had ordered. And has caused all sorts of trouble don't order any thing from this company they should be closed I haven't received any thing I paid for yet about three weeks agon

They don't answer the phone they don't reply to emails and they don't deliver the goods, and they don't deserve one star.
I place an order Item was supposed to be in stock, waited a week checked on web site, order cancelled no stock. In the mean time I had placed another order web site said order complete, waited 10 days no delivery emailed twice then received part of my order, no explanation about missing items or refund, they will not communicate so I didn't have a clue what was happening, I have told them I want a refund but no answer, so now i'll have to contact the credit card for a refund. So be warned don't be tempted by their low prices because they don't show the vat till the final total and don't deliver the goods and don't refund your hard earned cash

I ordered medication from this company. No confirmation Email
After a couple of weeks tried calling the company to find automated service and calls cut off to communication
Emailed to say no delivery and had an Email to say goods sent out
Waited another week contacted them by Email to be told the last order was lost and would I like a replacement sent out
Waited another week no order delivered and have Emailed to say I would contact my card provider to return payment if I couldn't be given a tracking order or delivery date and heard nothing
Would definitely not use them again
They have my money and I have no goods to date
Just wished I had read the reviews on trust pilot before placing an order
Very worrying
