I paid for an express delivery for the Ozempic treatment and the company has said that they sent it and blamed the post Office for it but the post office has said that the company has never contacted them, I have spent so much time and effort trying to get my goods or my money back and Daily Chemists just keeps saying to go the Mail office something that I have done for weeks now, Avoid this company as you may as well throw your money down a drain as you will not receive the goods or your money back, Avoid avoid avoid.

Paid over £220 for an order. Was told it was under review for a week. No one knew what they were doing. Trying to get hold of anyone is an Absolute nightmare.
But anywhere but from Daily Chemist

Avoid at all cost. Goods not delivered. Refund not given! On 31st March 2023, I placed an order, immediately the order status changed to despatched. On 12th April I called and was told out of stock. 5 emails, 4 calls and 3 weeks later I still have not received the refund. Clearly, they do not intend to issue a refund. Please do not use this company, it really is not worth it to save a few £££s.

She is running a scam company. Customer services rarely pick up the phone and are incredibly rude. The refund process is a scam from start to finish. Management is nowhere to be seen, and Dr Rani, never replies to emails regarding complaints; this the company should be struck off. Their practices are at best suspect and at worst criminal. Note Dr Rani runs a number of companies and uses different names

1 week ago my order was dispatched but still didn't received anything.
Wrote them a few emails.
Never got any reply back.
I I don't think the good reviews on here are real ones

If you don't like me and many others receive your items or refunds contact Action Fraud / Trading Standards/Citizens Advice Bureau/HMRC/BBC Watchdog/Ghpc. Please look at Trust Pilot for reviews and you will see same story! 3 wks later I have no refund!

I've had some issues in the past with other online pharmacies not delivering what they promised, but this one was a breath of fresh air. The website was easy to navigate, and the checkout process was a breeze. They also had some great discounts and deals which was a bonus.

What is the real number for daily chemist as the number given is a printing firm! Also email invalid. I have not received order, how can l get refund with no contact

Took money didn't send an item so be very careful with this website. There is postings option delivery option 24 hours for 4.99£ it is clear scam avoid

Ordered on 15th... on 17th they informed me payment was declined.so like a fool I paid again.
My Account with them says orders now closed and to re order!.
They don't answer the phone or emails sent.
Not sure what to do now..

Placed an order online and paid extra for 48 hour delivery. Goods were never received. No update as to why. They have kept my money. Unable to contact them. Other reviews on various sites have similar experiences. Looked the company up on official Government website - others customers may find this informative. Spoke to my bank re them trying to do a section 75 on credit card. Not sure how much I can actually put on here but suffice to say I'd avoid them like the plague!

Ordered toothpaste nearly two weeks ago.
Had to email them twice to get a response
Only to be told it is out of stock. Would have been helpfull if they had told me that at the beginning

Ordered 4 products which stated were in stock, no confirmation email. 5 days later got 2 emails. One saying order was cancelled because of 'stock issues', but {they wrote} no payment taken so no refund required. 2nd email stated similar info but said a refund would follow shortly. They had taken payment from my account the day I placed the order.
They don't reply to emails, phone no is not an active line,. I recommend you don't order from them but if you do use a credit card as you might have to do what I did and get the refund from your card issuer!

I placed an order, cheaper than any competitors and then read the reviews. I have to say my experience has been extremely favourable. Extremely fast service especially with the Queens jubilee sandwiched between order and delivery. I was emailed regularly to keep me informed of my orders progress. So 10 out of 10 from me and I will undoubtedly use this company again. Maybe I was lucky or perhaps they have taken deed of past reviews and sorted the problems out, but great service, quick delivery and absolutely no problem speaking to a member of staff. I hope you will get the high standard of care and diligence I did

Site seems genuine-no confirmation of purchase e-mail received-telephone number non-existent- no product received. TOTAL FRAUD

Avoid this company they are scammers and subject to enforcement notices by The General Pharmaceutical Council
