Ordered a helmet in store, shipped to my home. Clean, orderly store, helpful staff. Good selection of products. Didn't have what I wanted in stock, took a chance by ordering and shipping to my home. The size ordered is what I received but was too small. Will try and exchange it in store rather than shipping back.

It was a good job. I got my tire on time and installed on rim for a good price.
Most of the times I have no problem with my shipping, but my helmet decided it wanted to delay for an extra 2 days so I was unable to test it when I needed to. Apart from that most of the time my shipments come on time. But I was a little saddened when I waited the whole day just for my package to be delayed.
Lane helped me pick out a jacket and I love it. He's helped me out a ton for multiple gear items. Always spot on!

Bought a rear wheel lift and spools, fast delivery. Took the wheel into the store and they mounted and balanced a new tire in just a couple of hours. Everything worked out great!

I was looking for an entry level bluetooth to add to a new helmet and the Sena was 50% off, so the price was better than anywhere else. It seems to be what I was looking for. My only gripe was that they roped me into signing up for text messages with the lure of a discount. When I tried to use the discount they said it was only for first time buyers.
