I thought I'd check out the 4th of July sale since I need a new summer jacket. The site is easy to navigate, all the prices are there so I went in to check your inventory. Landed on the Dainese Sportivo. It got to my house in 2 days, on time. The jacket is beautiful. I like it a lot which is why I am so bummed that I have to send it back. It's too small. It's a size 48, I need a 58 and I am told you don't have it in my size. Not your fault of course. Otherwise, my experience was great.

With a huge selection of motorcycle parts and accessories, Cycle Gear has just about anything a rider needs. Order online and have it delivered or you can pick it up at the store. A rewards card helps you earn money to spend on future purchases. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

I was hesitant to buy a helmet online that I hadn't seen or tried on in person. The helmet I ordered wasn't going to work for me so I returned it to my local CycleGear and exchanged it for another that I did like.
Excellent service at the store, my order came within the timeframe I expected it. The jacket fits perfectly. I love it!

Helmet shopping and assisted by Raye who was very attentive. Only glitch was the pricing on the helmet was different than what we were charged but that was corrected. This is where we shop for helmets and accessories. Great selection.
Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
