The employees at the Tacoma Cycle Gear were amazing! I went in a few times to try on different helmets to find the right brand, size and shape. As a new rider, it was my first time buying a new helmet that was specifically for me. They were very patient with my indecision and lack of knowledge. They really knew the product and guided me to find the best one.

People very knowledgeable I went in asking for tires for my Goldwing and they recommended exactly what I want it and scheduled and appointment to install and balance the only day I could was a Sunday and the asked me to be there at 10 am and they were there and it took them almost nothing of time to service my wheels and what else can I say "excellent service"

I bought the Alcan motorcycle boots online and they fit perfectly - I wasn't aware they had this awesome quick-strapping technology called BOA. So not only did I get an awesome fit, good style, and feet protection - I can put these shoes on and take them off so much faster than even my normal shoes. I used to wear snow boots, normal sneakers, or casual dress boots when I commuted to work. I always dreaded bending down with all my gear on to tie the shoes...now I just slide them on, twist a dial, and fold over a flap! Yeah, this was the best gear purchase I've ever made.
